    摘要: A centrifugal clutch apparatus can include a driving-side rotational member rotatable around a shaft member connected to a driving device; clutch devices mounted on the driving-side rotational member and movable radially-outward of the driving-side rotational member. A driven-side rotational member rotatable independent from the driving-side rotational member can be arranged for covering the driving-side rotational member and can have an inner circumferential surface to engage with the clutch devices. Friction members can be adapted to be abutted against the inner circumferential surface so as to transmit the driving power of the driving device to the driven-side rotational member. The inner circumferential surface of the driven-side rotational member can be formed with a groove and a tension member formed as a ring-shaped member can be snap-fitted into the groove and held therein under a radially-outward biasing force.

    摘要: According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a mobile phone including: a calculating unit configured to calculate an update range of the update data; an input-side switch unit configured to switch a first frame buffer of the plurality of frame buffers to which the update data is to be inputted; and an output-side switch unit configured to switch a second frame buffer of the plurality of frame buffers from which the update data is to be outputted. If the calculated update range is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the input-side switch unit is connected to the first frame buffer different from the second frame so as to input the update data. If the input-side switch unit completes the input of the update data, the output-side switch unit is connected to the first frame buffer so as to output the update data.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to obtain highly active P450scc enzyme protein which is an important enzyme protein that catalyzes the first step of the biosynthesis of industrially useful steroid hormone. The present invention provides a sterol side chain cleavage enzyme protein having the following physicochemical properties: (1) action: the enzyme acts on sterol represented by formula (I) as defined in the specification and cleaves the carbon-carbon bond between positions 20 and 22 of a sterol side chain portion by its activity of cleaving the bonds, so as to generate a compound represented by formula (II) as defined in the specification; (2) substrate specificity: when microorganisms that produce the enzyme protein are allowed to react with an aqueous solution containing 100 μg/ml 4-cholesten-3-one or cholesterol at 28° C. for 5 hours, the conversion reaction rate from 4-cholesten-3-one to progesterone is 10% or more, and the conversion rate from cholesterol to pregnenolone is 10% or more;

    摘要: An information processing apparatus has a CPU, a clock supply unit configured to supply a clock signal, a CPU idle ratio obtaining unit configured to obtain the idle ratio of the CPU at each predetermined time, a clock control unit configured to determine an operating frequency of the clock signal, and a DMA transfer unit configured to execute a DMA transfer in synchronization with the clock signal supplied from the clock supply unit. The clock control unit controls the operating frequency of the clock signal to the operating frequency determined based on the idle ratio of the CPU if the DMA transfer is not being executed, whereas the clock control unit controls the operating frequency of the clock signal to a predetermined frequency if the DMA transfer is being executed.

    摘要: Microbial cells and/or a preparation therefrom of a microorganism is allowed to act on an ester of .gamma.-substituted-acetoacetic acid, and a carbonyl group at its .beta.-position is stereospecifically reduced, wherein the microorganism is selected from the group consisting of those belonging to the genera Yarrowia, Filobasidium, Metschnikowia, Galactomyces, Ambrosiozyma, Trichosporonoides, Aureobasidium, Phaeococcomyces, Rosulomyces, Dothichiza, Emericellopsis, Calonectria, Colletotrichum, and Ceratocystis, preferably, the microorganism is microorganism belonging to the genus Aureobasidium. Thus an optically active ester of .gamma.-substituted-.beta.-hydroxybutyric acid having a high optical purity is produced in a short period of time at a high accumulated concentration and a high yield.
