    摘要: A method for sensing a motion of an object is to be implemented by a motion recognition device that includes an image acquiring unit and a processor. In the method, the image acquiring unit is configured to acquire a series of image frames by detecting intensity of light received thereby. The processor is configured to receive at least one of the image frames and to determine whether an object is detected in the at least one of the image frames. When an object is detected, the processor is further configured to receive the image frames from the image acquiring unit, and to determine a motion of the object with respect to a three-dimensional coordinate system according to the image frames thus received.

    摘要: A reflective optical detecting device is for detecting movement of an object in a predetermined area. The reflective optical detecting device includes a light emitting unit, at least two optical detectors, and a comparing unit. The light emitting unit is used for illuminating the predetermined area. The optical detectors are disposed at opposite sides of the light emitting unit, and each of the optical detectors is associated with a respective detection region within the predetermined area for generating an output signal in response to light reflected from the object and detected thereby. The comparing unit is coupled to the optical detectors for receiving the output signal from each of the optical detectors, and is operable to output a comparison result according to the output signal of each of the optical detectors. The comparison result is to be used for determining the movement of the object.

    摘要: An image-sensing chip package module adapted to dual-side soldering includes three substrates, an image-sensing chip and a filter lens. The three substrates are stacked together by pressing (using adhesive as adhesion medium), and the image-sensing chip is electrically connected to the top side of the top substrate and the bottom side of the bottom substrate via conductive bodies that are formed on inner surfaces of through holes passing through the three substrates. Hence, the image-sensing chip package module can use the conductive bodies formed on the bottom side of the bottom substrate (positive face electrical conduction) or the conductive bodies formed on the top side of the top substrate (negative face electrical conduction) to electrically connect with a main PCB. Furthermore, the filter lens is received and hidden in an opening of the top substrate in order to prevent the filter lens from being slid, collided and destroyed.

    摘要: A color sensitive device with temperature compensation and variable gain is disclosed. The color sensitive device exposed by RGB light can generate red-light, green-light and blue-light detection currents corresponding to the illumination of RGB light via a P-N interface of RGB photodiodes. The red-light, green-light and blue-light detection currents are transformed into voltage signals, which can be magnified via a variable resistor external to the color sensitive device. In addition, the color sensitive device includes a temperature compensation circuit for adjusting the non-ideal characteristics of photodiodes, so that a color display system using the color sensitive device will has excellent white balance after receiving the RGB voltage signals.

    摘要: An electromagnetic wave sensing device and an operating method for the same are disclosed. The claimed device integrates signal transformation, operation and a sensing range configuration. Particularly, the sensing apparatus at least has two sensing units that respectively sense the ambient light and the electromagnetic wave with a specific range of spectrum. Moreover, a temperature sensor is further introduced to compensate the sensed signals by eliminating the temperature influence. Since the output of the sensing device can have a stable characteristic, the downstream manufacturers don't need to use different hardware or software to adapt different product conditions. The preferred embodiment is to provide one electromagnetic wave sensing device having at least two sensing units for respectively sensing different ranges of electromagnetic waves. After signal transformation, the signals are outputted according to the working mode configured by a control unit.
