摘要: An apparatus for draining lymph into vein includes a drainage device. The drainage device includes a chamber, an osmosis membrane, a first catheter, a second sensing element, and a pump. The chamber includes a chamber wall, wherein a chamber space is formed by the chamber wall, and a first opening is formed on the chamber wall. The osmosis membrane disposed on the first opening. One end of the first catheter connects to the chamber space, and the other end of the first catheter connects with a vein. The second sensing element receives a radio wave emitted by a first sensing element of a power supply device to send an electrical signal. The pump is disposed in the chamber and connecting to the second sensing element, wherein a negative pressure in the chamber space is generated by the pump to drain lymph into the vein via the first catheter.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device for draining lymph into vein, which comprises: a storage chamber including a chamber wall, wherein a storage space formed by the chamber wall, and at least one first opening and a second opening are formed on the chamber wall; at least one osmosis membrane disposed at the first opening so that lymph can penetrate into the storage space, wherein the osmosis membrane is made of negative charged polymer molecules; a first conduit, of which one end connects to the storage space, and the other end connects with a vein so that the space can connect with the vein; and a pump provided in the storage chamber, wherein a negative pressure in the storage space is generated by the pump to drain lymph into the vein.

The clip applier of the present invention can bring up two ligating clips at the same time with the first jaw unit and the second jaw unit, whereas the two clamping positions of the blood vessel can be clamped with the ligating clips simultaneously by the clip applier of the present invention in a single step, and thus the operating steps can be simplified, and the time involved with the surgical operation can be shortened.

摘要: An automatic clip applier for clamping ligating clips is disclosed, which includes: a handling unit, and two clamping means laminating with each other and connecting to the handling unit. Each clamping means respectively contains: a jaw unit containing a clipping portion to clamp a ligating clip; a magazine unit for storing plural ligating clip; a feeding unit for translating the endmost ligating clip from the magazine unit to the clipping portion of the jaw unit; and a dispensing unit for serially translating the endmost ligating clip to the end of the feeding unit. Accordingly, the automatic clip applier provided by the present invention can be used for clamping two ends of a vessel simultaneously, and the step of taking ligating clips can also be omitted. Hence, the surgical procedure can be simplified and the surgical time can be shortened by use of the automatic clip applier of the present invention.

Each of the elongated arms includes: a clamping part disposed at a first end of the elongated arm, and having a clamping surface; a holding part disposed at a second end of the elongated arm; a hole disposed at a location intermediate the clamping part and the holding part; and a scissor blade disposed at a location intermediate the hole and the clamping part. In addition, the clamping surfaces correspond to each other, and the scissor blades are arranged to be in an overlapping cutting relation when the clamping surfaces are in a closed position. Further, the pivot means is disposed in the holes for pivoting the elongated arms.
