摘要: Provided is a magnetic gap length estimating device in which neither a current sensor nor a current load is necessary, and a voltage at a connection-wire neutral point does not need to be measured. A magnetic gap length estimating device for estimating a magnetic gap length in an M-group N-phase rotating electric machine to be driven by an inverter includes: a voltage acquiring unit which acquires a no-load-induced line-to-line voltage induced under no load; and a magnetic gap estimating unit. The magnetic gap estimating unit includes: a spectrum analysis unit which converts the no-load-induced line-to-line voltage acquired by the voltage acquiring unit into amplitudes and phases for respective frequencies; a frequency analysis unit which extracts amplitudes and phases of a fundamental wave component and an Nth-order harmonic component of the no-load-induced line-to-line voltage; and an estimating-and-calculating unit which estimates the magnetic gap length.

摘要: The infrared absorber 1 is provided with a finely structured metal layer 2 which causes local surface plasmon resonance by absorption infrared light; a dielectric layer 3 under the finely structured metal layer, and a metal layer 4 under the dielectric layer 3. The dielectric layer 3 is stacked between the layers 2 and 4 and consists of an organic polymer material having a molecular bond whose vibration is excited by infrared absorption. Further, the gas sensor is provided with the infrared absorber as the light source and/or the photodetector.

摘要: A light receiver array according to the present invention is constituted by array-aligning plural receivers having slow light waveguides of photonic crystals, and a LiDAR device according to the present invention is constituted by linearly arranging a light receiver array and a transmitter. An arranging relationship of plural receivers of the light receiver array is an array-like element formed by array-aligning plural receivers having the slow light waveguides of photonic crystals, and the array alignment is defined by alignment for defining a position relationship between the plural receivers constituting the light receiver array, and orientation for defining a direction of each receiver. A relationship p=λ/sin Δθr is satisfied between the alignment pitch p, wavelength λ of the reception light, and an arrival angle Δθr when a phase difference between reception lights received by waveguide ends of adjacent receivers is one wavelength. Such a constitution that the arrival angle Δθr is equal to a widening angle Δθt of radiation light is suitable.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to achieve an in-situ observation of structural change in a shear field of slurry, i.e. an evaluation of a rheology property of slurry containing raw materials of a ceramic as a fluid sample, together with an in-situ observation of internal structure of the fluid sample in an evaluation process, and a clarification of internal structural change. An observation of an internal structure of a fluid sample 1 in an evaluation process of a rheology property by a rheometer 10 is achieved by generating an optical coherence tomographic image by performing an optical coherence tomography by irradiating a light in infrared region from outside of the rheometer 10 to the fluid sample 1, by inclining an optical axis of light in infrared region irradiating the fluid sample 1 for a predetermined angle within an angular range of 1 to 10 degrees with respect to a normal direction of an observation surface 1A of the fluid sample 1 by the optical coherence tomography imaging device 20, together with an evaluation of a rheology property of the fluid sample 1 containing components different in a refractive index by the rheometer 10.
