摘要: In order to achieve seal durability and bring about a damping action for a piston-type pressure regulating valve, a pressure regulating valve of the present invention is characterized by a valve moving member moving in such a manner as to cause communication or block communication between a primary chamber and a secondary chamber within a case, wherein a plurality of central members are arranged between the case and the valve moving member and the plurality of central members are taken to be different materials. It is then possible to bring about both a damping action and seal durability using the central members by providing central members of different materials.

摘要: In order to achieve seal durability and bring about a damping action for a piston-type pressure regulating valve, a pressure regulating valve of the present invention is characterized by a valve moving member moving in such a manner as to cause communication or block communication between a primary chamber and a secondary chamber within a case, wherein a plurality of central members are arranged between the case and the valve moving member and the plurality of central members are taken to be different materials. 摘要: A check valve (fluid on-off valve device) capable of attaining high sealability in either case where a differential pressure is high or low, comprises a valve body assembly (valve body) contacting and separating from a valve seat portion for communicating and blocking a fluid passage. The valve body assembly comprises a valve body, a low-pressure seal portion constituted out of soft material and a high-pressure seal portion constituted out of harder material than the low-pressure seal portion. In blocking a fluid passage, when a differential pressure between an upstream path and a downstream path in the fluid passage is relatively low, the low-pressure seal portion comes into close contact with a protrusion to block the fluid passage, while when the differential pressure is relatively high, the low-pressure seal portion is compressively deformed by the differential pressure and the high-pressure seal portion comes into close contact with the valve seat body, thus blocking the fluid passage.

摘要: There are disclosed a tank having a structure which achieves both a burst strength and a fatigue strength, and a manufacturing method of the tank. In order to realize this, in a tank comprising a liner, and an FRP layer including a hoop layer and a helical layer formed by winding fibers around the outer periphery of the liner, at least an innermost helical layer is formed as a smooth helical layer. When the smooth helical layer, i.e., a helical layer which does not have any unevenness or which has only little unevenness is formed, the unevenness can be prevented from being transferred to the hoop layer adjacent to the helical layer. When structural bends (undulations) of the fibers of the hoop layer are suppressed, a fatigue strength of the fibers themselves can be enhanced.

摘要: Disclosed is a seal structure of a high-pressure tank capable of properly securing seal efficiency. The seal structure of the high-pressure tank includes a plurality of seal members that have mutually different seal properties and that are installed between a ferrule of the high-pressure tank and a valve body attached to the ferrule. One of the plurality of seal members has low temperature resistance, and the other has high temperature resistance. A first seal member is an O-ring formed of butyl rubber or silicone. A second seal member is an O-ring formed of EPDM. Furthermore, the two O-rings are different in gas permeability from each other. This seal structure can be applied between the ferrule and the valve body, in addition, between the ferrule and a liner, between the ferrule and a shell, and between the valve body and the shell.

摘要: A tank system of the invention with multiple tanks makes a joint flow of a fluid released from the multiple tanks and supplies the joint flow to a downstream device, which is located downstream of the multiple tanks. The tank system includes: primary pressure measurement modules that individually measure internal pressures of the multiple tanks as primary pressures; a secondary pressure measurement module that measures a pressure of the joint flow of the fluid as a secondary pressure; flow rate regulation modules that individually regulate release flow rates of the fluid to be released from the multiple tanks; and a pressure control module that estimates a supply flow rate to be supplied to the downstream device from the measured secondary pressure, and then sets an allocation of the supply flow rate of the fluid to be released from each of the multiple tanks corresponding to the measured primary pressure with regard to the tank. This arrangement ensures adequate regulation of the release flow rates from the multiple tanks.

The valve assembly for the gas container disposed at the gas container has, as passages which allow the inside of the gas container to communicate with the outside, a filling passage which fills the gas container with the gas and a discharge passage which discharges the gas. Furthermore, the valve assembly has a filling-side valve disposed at the filling passage and configured to close this passage, a discharge-side valve disposed at the discharge passage and configured to close this passage, a communication path which connects a downstream side of the discharge-side valve to a downstream side of the filling-side valve, and a shut-off valve disposed at the communication path. When the discharge-side valve does not open due to the failure or the like, the shut-off valve is opened to allow the gas to flow through the filling passage, the communication path and the discharge passage in this order.

The thermistor material includes a matrix material made of an insulating ceramic and a non-oxide conductive material, and conductive particles are dispersed around the matrix material to thereby form a conductive path. The conductive particles are preferably dispersed in a network structure around the matrix material. Further, the conductive particles are preferably dispersed discontinuously around the matrix material.
