摘要: The present invention relates to a wing-shaped angle steel plate and a bone shaft fixation system. The wing-shaped angle steel plate comprises a wing fitting portion and a body fixation portion which are fixedly connected to each other. The wing fitting portion is used for supporting a fracture end and has a structure matched with an inner side surface of a bone shaft. The body fixation portion is used for fixing the wing fitting portion and has a structure matched with a front side of the bone shaft. The body fixation portion is provided with at least two first locking holes for passing through first locking screws at an intersection site with the wing fitting portion and is further provided with at least two second locking holes for passing through second locking screws in the structure matched with the front side of the bone shaft. In the wing-shaped angle steel plate, the wing fitting portion and the body fixation portion of the present invention are connected to each other and cooperate to fix and support the bone shaft fracture end site, and effectively ensure and help stable reduction and healing of the fracture sites.

摘要: A tendo calcaneus suturing instrument, comprising: a first support and a second support that are of a U-shaped structure, a distance adjustment device, a first guide sleeve, a second guide sleeve, a first positioning tube, a second positioning tube and a tendo sheath cutter. The tendo calcaneus suturing instrument can simplify the surgical procedure, improve the surgical effect and relieve pains of a patient.

The long-bone fracture-reduction robot includes two long-bone-fixing frames, one frame being coupled to the support and other being coupled to the six-degree-of-freedom parallel robot. 摘要: The present disclosure relates to an anatomical locking guide steel plate for a complicated acetabulum fracture, an anatomical locking guide apparatus and matched guide sleeve apparatus. The inner side of said anatomical locking guide steel plate contacts with a face of the acetabulum, said anatomical locking guide steel plate includes three portions, a head of the steel plate, a body of the steel plate and a tail of the steel plate, said head of the steel plate, said body of the steel plate and said tail of the steel plate are jointed seamlessly. Using the steel plate provided by the present disclosure can reposition and fix the complicated acetabulum fracture efficiently. It can avoid shaping the steel plate in the surgery, so the operative time may be shortened, and the difficulty of the surgery may be lower. The surgical trauma is small, and the surgical bleeding is slight.

摘要: The present invention discloses a proximal humerus fixing device. The fixing device comprises: a fixer, a main nail, anti-rotation nails and locking nails; the fixer is disposed in a medullary cavity of the proximal humerus and is matched with the medullary cavity of the proximal humerus; the upper end of the fixer comprises a first contact portion and a second contact portion; the first contact portion is in contact with a head of the humerus and is of a plane structure; the second contact portion is in contact with the greater tuberosity of the humerus and is in a protrusion shape; the far end of the lower end of the fixer is in a bullet shape, and the lower end of the fixer is not in contact with the medullary cavity; the main nail is used for fixing the head of the humerus and the first contact portion; the head of each anti-rotation nail enters the head of the humerus, and the tail portion of each anti-rotation nail is fixedly connected with the fixer; the locking nails are disposed on the lower end of the fixer and are used for enabling the fixer and the humeral shaft to be fixedly connected with each other. The proximal humerus fixing device of the present invention is applied to the proximal humerus serious comminuted fracture complicated by or not complicated by shoulder dearticulation, the fixing treatment effect is good, and the surgical risk is small.

摘要: A medial buttress construct for femoral neck includes a support part and an attachment fixing part fixedly connected to each other.
