    Abstract: A probe card is provided. The probe card can serialize, analogize and divide a digital signal by a analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and a power divided unit respectively. The probe card can increase signal channels, and is not restricted by signal channels of a tester to test more DUTs simultaneously. Moreover, the probe card has fine impedance matching and channels separating to raise testing efficiency and reduce signal loss.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an IG 7T FinFET SRAM, which adopts independently-controlled-gate super-high-VT FinFETs to achieve a stacking-like property, whereby to eliminate the read disturb and half-select disturb. Further, the present invention uses keeper circuits and read control voltage to reduce leakage current of the bit lines during read. Furthermore, the present invention can effectively overcome the problem of the conventional 6T SRAM that is likely to have read errors at low operation voltage.

    Abstract: An optical diode laser touch-control device includes two light emitters and a plurality of receivers around a touch-acting area of a touch panel. The light emitters are disposed on two adjacent corners of the touch panel in the touch-acting area, and each employs a diode laser to continuously project a diffused light through a lens for covering the touch-acting area to form an interlaced touch screen.     Abstract: A method is provided to reduce strapping devices in a computer system having at least one configurable device, which includes the following steps. A configuration value stored in a non-volatile memory is first provided. During power-up and reset of the computer system, a processor reset signal and a bus reset signal of a high-speed peripheral bus are both asserted, wherein the high-speed peripheral bus is included in the computer system. When an operation clock of the high-speed peripheral bus reaches its working voltage and frequency, the configuration value is fetched from the non-volatile memory. The fetching step is repeated until a most significant bit (MSB) of a fetched configuration value changes from a first state to a second state. Subsequently, the configuration value fetched from the non-volatile memory is asserted to the at least one configurable device to configure the configurable device, and then the processor reset signal is deasserted, and the at least one configurable device is thereby completely configured.

    Abstract: Antenna diodes used to correct antenna rule violations during the design and formation of integrated circuits are defined within filler cells laid out on the IC chip following the layout of standard electronic module cells and routing of electrical conductors on the chip. The filler cells are disposed in gaps between standard cells containing the electronic modules. The diodes are formed in unconnected pairs that are selectively connected to each other and to an adjacent conductor in order to correct antenna rule violations. Low current leakage is achieved as a result of the use of a fewer number of diode circuits, and the fact that they remain unconnected until used to correct an antenna rule violation.
