Abstract:
Antimicrobial compositions that provide enhanced immediate and residual anti-viral and antibacterial efficacy against rhinovirus, rotavirus, coronovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and combinations thereof. More specifically, antimicrobial compositions comprising an organic acid or organic acid mixture and a short-chain anionic surfactant having at least one of a large head group; a branched alkyl chain and an unsaturated alkyl chain. Further, products incorporating the antimicrobial compositions of the present invention and methods of using the antimicrobial compositions and products are disclosed herein.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a leave on companion animal composition having a composition having a Total Lather Volume of from about 300 ml to about 700 ml, IL1α of from about 0 pg/ml to about 7000 pg/ml, and Friction Coefficient of from about 1.2 to about 2.0.
Abstract:
An absorbent article, such as a catamenial device, comprises a liquid pervious topsheet, the topsheet having an inner surface oriented toward the interior of the absorbent article and an outer surface oriented toward the skin of the wearer when the absorbent article is being worn. The absorbent article includes a backsheet joined to the topsheet, the backsheet having an inner surface oriented toward the interior of the absorbent article and an outer surface oriented toward the garment of the wearer when the absorbent article is being worn. The absorbent article includes an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, the absorbent core having an inner surface oriented toward the skin of the wearer when the absorbent article is being worn and an outer surface oriented toward the garment of the wearer when the absorbent article is being worn. The absorbent article includes a lotion composition applied to at least a portion of the inner surface of the topsheet, the inner surface of the backsheet, and/or a substrate or surface thereof disposed between the inner surface of the topsheet and the inner surface of the backsheet, wherein the lotion composition comprises a polypropylene glycol material.
Abstract:
An absorbent article for wearing in an undergarment. The absorbent article can include a nonwoven. The nonwoven can have a nonwoven body facing surface. The nonwoven can have a main body portion and pair of spaced apart flaps associated with the main body portion. Part of the main body portion can have a hydrophilic zone that is more hydrophilic than a portion of the flaps. The absorbent article can have film having a film garment facing surface wherein at least part of the film garment facing surface faces the nonwoven body facing surface.

Abstract:
Detergent compositions containing certain acetals or ketals which hydrolyze upon exposure of surfaces washed in solution of said compositions to a reduction in pH, thereby releasing a fragrance which is characteristic of one or more of the hydrolysis products. The acetals and ketals themselves also form part of the invention; they have a molecular weight of at least about 350; a ClogP of about 4, and a half-life of less than 60 minutes when measured at pH=0 by the pro-fragrant hydrolysis test.
Abstract:
Granular detergent compositions comprise conventional ingredients and a perfume delivery system which comprises Type X or Type Y Zeolites having a perfume releasably adsorbed within their pores, and a barrier matrix comprising a fluid polyol or diol which is insoluble with the perfume and a solid polyol containing more than three hydroxyl moieties. Methods of depositing said perfume onto fabric surfaces are disclosed.
Abstract:
An absorbent article, such as a catamenial device, having a liquid pervious topsheet, a backsheet joined to the topsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet is disclosed. The absorbent article has a lotion composition applied to at least a portion of the outer surface of the topsheet, the lotion composition including a rheology structurant selected from the group consisting of microcrystalline wax, alkyl dimethicone, ethylene glycol dibehenate, ethylene glycol distearate, glycerol tribehenate, glycerol tristearate, and ethylene bisoleamide.
Abstract:
A lotion composition is provided. The lotion composition can comprise a) about 0.1% to about 90%, by weight, of a microcrystalline wax; b) about 0.1% to about 25%, by weight, of POE-4 monolaurate; c) about 0.1% to about 50%, by weight, of POE-8 monostearate; and d) a carrier.
