摘要： In an embodiment, the invention provides a method for forming a wafer-level package. A bonding pad is formed on a first wafer. After forming the bonding pad, an optoelectronic device is located on the first wafer. A gasket is formed on a second wafer. After a gasket is formed on a second wafer, the second wafer is attached to the first wafer with a bond between the gasket and the bonding pad.

摘要： A technique for producing a scent from a hand-held device involves receiving a scent mixture formula at a hand-held device, converting the scent mixture formula into dispense control signals, and generating a scent mixture in response to the dispense control signals, the scent mixture being generated from different base scents that are individually stored within the hand-held device. In an embodiment, the scent mixture formula includes a scent identifier and a scent quantifier related to each base scent that is used to generate the scent mixture. Mixing multiple base scents to generate scent mixtures greatly expands the range of different scents that can be generated at a hand-held device that stores a limited number of base scents. Further, encoding a scent mixture into a scent mixture formula enables scent mixtures to be easily shared between hand-held devices.

摘要： A switch device and method for manufacturing the switch device in which substrates are provided collectively having defined therein a liquid metal switch and a sub-channel connected to the liquid metal switch. A cavity filled with sacrificial material is formed in a first one of the substrates. A heater element is formed at least in part over the sacrificial material and conductive vias are formed extending through one of the substrates to the heater element. The sacrificial material is removed and the substrates are joined with an adhesive seal.
