    Abstract: A hydrogel has water, a polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer, and a polymer matrix containing the water and the polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer, in which the polymer matrix contains a copolymer of a monofunctional monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated group and a polyfunctional monomer having 2 to 6 ethylenically unsaturated groups, the copolymer has a hydrophilic group binding to its main chain, the polymer matrix is contained in an amount of 2 to 80 parts by mass in 100 parts by mass of the hydrogel, a polymer derived from the polyfunctional monomer is contained in a proportion of 0.1 to 5 parts by mass in 100 parts by mass of the copolymer, the polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 150 parts by mass in 100 parts by mass of the polymer matrix, and the polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 200,000 to 3,000,000.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for manufacturing a molded foam, and a molded foam. A method for manufacturing a molded foam includes: a molding step of molding the molded foam; and a releasing step of opening a fixed mold and a mobile mold and extruding the molded foam from the fixed mold by an ejector pin. The molded foam has an inclined face that is inclined relative to a direction of opening the mold. The inclined face has a recess for extruding of the molded foam by the ejector pin. The tip surface of the ejector pin has a first extruding surface that is perpendicular to the mold opening direction and forms a bottom face of the recess, and a second extruding surface that is inclined relative to the first extruding surface.

    Abstract: Since most elastomer foam molded bodies use a petroleum-derived resin as a base resin, there is a demand for an elastomer foam molded body with high rebound resilience and low environmental load. An object of the present invention is to provide a foam molded body having a rebound resilience coefficient equivalent to that of a petroleum-derived polyamide-based elastomer foam molded body, and excellent moldability during in-mold foaming; foam particles; and a method for producing the foam molded body.
    The present invention relates to a polyamide-based elastomer foam molded body comprising 50 to 100 mass % of a block copolymer resin containing a polyamide block as a hard segment and a polyether block as a soft segment, wherein the copolymer resin has a biobased product content as measured by ASTM D6866 of 30% or more.

    Abstract: The present invention provides means for improving bondability between a vehicle seat core and a cushion in a vehicle seat pad formed by integration of them without significantly impairing mechanical properties. A vehicle seat core is characterized in that it is a vehicle seat core for forming a vehicle seat pad by integration with a cushion, which comprises a foamed resin molded body obtained by filling a cavity of a mold with a plurality of foamed resin particles and performing in-mold foam molding, and that at least a partial region of a surface of the foamed resin molded body to which the cushion is bonded when forming the vehicle seat pad has a surface expansion rate of 40% to 85%, and the foamed resin molded body has a first fusion rate of 95% or more or a second fusion rate of 60% or more.

    Abstract: An adhesive hydrogel has low contact resistance against the body surface and excellent conformability and adhesiveness to the body surface, so that noise generation can be reduced. Such adhesive hydrogel enables measurements of weak fetal heart rate signals. The adhesive hydrogel includes a polymer matrix prepared by crosslinking-copolymerization of an acrylamide derivative, which is a nonionic polymerizable monomer including a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond in a molecule, and polyfunctional (meth)acrylamide, which is a crosslinkable monomer comprising 2 or more polymerizable carbon-carbon double bonds in a molecule, water, a polyvalent alcohol, and an electrolyte salt, wherein a laminate of the adhesive hydrogel with an Ag/AgCl sheet exhibits the impedance of 1∜ to 100Ω at the frequency of 0.1 Hz measured in accordance with the method of ANSI/AAMI EC12:2000, and the dynamic elastic modulus G′ at the frequency of 1 Hz measured at 25° C. and dispersed frequencies is 1.0×103 Pa to 1.0×104 Pa.

    Abstract: Provided are a vehicle seat member in which even when a foamed resin molded body forming the vehicle seat member shrinks after being demolded, influence of the shrinkage behavior on a frame member embedded in the foamed resin molded body can be prevented, and thus a change in the position of a protrusion, which serves as a part to be anchored to a vehicle body, of the frame member can be prevented, whereby the vehicle seat member can be attached to the vehicle body side easily and reliably, and a vehicle seat including such a vehicle seat member. A vehicle seat member includes a foamed resin molded body and a frame member integrally formed therewith, the frame member including a body portion embedded in the foamed resin molded body and protrusions each protruding from the body portion and having a tip end protruding outward from the foamed resin molded body.
