    摘要: A pixel structure, an image sensor, an electronic device and a method for controlling an image sensor are provided. The pixel structure includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, each pixel unit includes a first photoelectric conversion element; first transfer transistor, coupled to a first floating diffusion region, for transferring charges in the first photoelectric conversion element to the first floating diffusion region; a second photoelectric conversion element, where the sensitivity of the second photoelectric conversion element is lower than that of the first photoelectric conversion element; a second transfer transistor, coupled to a second floating diffusion region, for transferring charges in the second photoelectric conversion element to the second floating diffusion region; and a reading circuit, coupled to the first floating diffusion region and the second floating diffusion region, for reading voltage signals of the first floating diffusion region and the second floating diffusion region.

    摘要: The present application provides a pixel structure, an image sensor, a device, an image processing method and a control method. The pixel structure includes a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of second pixels, where the first pixels adopt first photoelectric conversion elements arranged in an array and provided with high sensitivity, and the second pixels adopt second photoelectric conversion elements arranged in an array and provided with low sensitivity, to realize compatible recognition of high-brightness information and low-light information by the image sensor and improving the dynamic range; the first photoelectric conversion elements and the second photoelectric conversion elements adopt a design of independent output circuits to realize separate output of electrical signals without interfering with each other, which improves recognition reliability and signal utilization recognition; the overall performance of the image sensor can also be improved based on layout of the pixel structure of the present application.

    摘要: This application belongs to the technical field of semiconductor devices, and relates to a pixel circuit, a control method, and an image sensor, including: at least two pixel units arranged in an array, wherein transmission transistors of two pixels of at least one pixel unit are connected to a corresponding first group of transmission control lines, and transmission transistors of other pixel unit are connected to a corresponding second group of transmission control lines. Therefore, the pixel circuit, the control method and the image sensor provided in the present application can control the density of phase focus of the image sensor by controlling the first group of transmission control lines and the second group of transmission control lines without changing the structure of the pixel, the structure is simple, and the optical performance is good.

    摘要: An image sensor, a layout structure, and a control method are provided. The image sensor includes multiple pixel blocks arranged in rows and columns. Each pixel block includes: at least one photosensitive unit connected between a floating diffusion active region and a first reference voltage; a reset transistor with a control terminal and a second terminal; a gain control transistor with a control terminal, a first terminal, and a second terminal; a source follower transistor with a control terminal and a second terminal; a select transistor with a control terminal, a first terminal, and a second terminal. Two adjacent pixel blocks in the same column share the same select transistor and the same reset transistor, or two groups each composed of two adjacent pixel blocks in three adjacent pixel blocks in the same column share the same select transistor and the same reset transistor, respectively.

The image sensor comprises: a pixel array and a plurality of readout conversion circuits, the readout conversion circuit comprises: a comparison circuit for comparing an output signal of the column pixel with a ramp signal to obtain a first output signal and a second output signal; a selection module for selecting the first output signal during a first sampling count, and selecting the second output signal during a second sampling count; a counter for counting according to the first output signal and the second output signal to obtain total quantization value of the first sampling count and the second sampling count, so as to obtain actual signal quantization result according to the total quantization value. The image readout speed of the image sensor is improved.

Thus, the left and right pixel cells which are adjacent to each other share the charge readout circuit, the size of the pixel circuit is reduced.
