Abstract: The present invention provides a pneumatic tire (100) with integrated envelope comprising, a tread (1), a belt system (2), and a tire casing (3), wherein said tire casing (3) comprises a side wall (4), a bead (5), a plurality of layer including but not limited to a carcass ply (6) acting as a top layer, an inner liner (7) acting as bottom layer and an envelope (8) that is sandwiched between said carcass ply (6) and the inner liner (7), said envelope (8) is injected with a fluid inside said tire casing (3) in which said tire casing (3) is pasted on said belt system (2) and said belt system (2) is pasted on said tread (1) in said pneumatic tire (100) and said side wall (4) protects said tire casing (3).

Abstract: The present invention provides a process of manufacturing envelope integrated tire comprising steps of: (a) placing a tread, at least one carcass ply, at least one inner liner having an inner surface and an outer surface; (b) joining a semi-vulcanized envelope between a surface of carcass ply and said inner surface of inner liner; (c) joining said surface of carcass ply and the tread of the envelope integrated tire; (d) joining a strengthening fabric on a side wall of said envelope integrated tire; (e) wrapping a bead to connect the envelope integrated tire to a rim of a wheel; (f) pasting through adhesive, curing and vulcanizing said carcass ply, inner liner and semi-vulcanized envelope on the tread to form an envelope integrated tire; (g) injecting a fluid inside said envelope through at least one injection valve; (h) fixing said injection valve to avoid any kind of leakage.

Abstract: A multi-chambered tubeless tyre or tube and manufacturing process for the same for vehicles comprising of a master chamber near wheel rim to keep/contain pressurized air/fluid; at least one chamber sandwiched between said master chamber and inner surface of tyre, said sandwiched chamber(s) has/have independent one way inlet valve for sealant or pressurized fluid/air as the case may be; said sandwiched chamber(s) are formed and joined in green state with said green tube or green tubeless tyre to achieve mechanical properties after vulcanization. Even independent chamber can be sandwiched between said master chamber and inner surface of tyre. This arrangement can be used in all kind of vehicles. It can be used in Self Supporting RFT (Run Flat Tyres), Auxiliary Supported RFT. It can be used for replacement of twin tire by providing extra wide tyre with multiple chambers with/without sealant.
