A compact roller hemming device which can perform a hemming process with respect to various works. The roller hemming device for hemming a work includes rotary shafts rotating on axes thereof, and first lower dies and second lower dies on which the corresponding work is placed. The first lower dies and the second lower dies are arranged on outer circumferential parts of the rotary shafts at predetermined intervals. The rotary shafts rotate so that one each of the first lower dies and the second lower dies is selected depending on a type of the work to be hemmed.

A movable side regulating plate is provided on a frame body. The movable side regulating plate regulates side edges in a width direction of sheets stacked on a sheet stacking plate, and is movable in the width direction. A sheet pressing portion configured to press the side edges of the sheets and press the sheets onto a stationary side regulating plate is provided on the movable side regulating plate. The sheet pressing portion has a relief shape for reducing a pressing force exerted on the sheets when an amount of the sheets stacked on the sheet stacking plate becomes equal to or smaller than a predetermined amount. The relief shape is formed so that a downstream edge in a sheet feeding direction of a lower surface is located higher than an upstream edge in the sheet feeding direction of an upper surface.

It aims to provide a heavy duty pneumatic tire with block patterns and capable of improving deflected wear resisting performances without sacrificing wet grip performances or on-snow performances and that can particularly be favorably used for all seasons. A heavy duty tire comprises a pair of axially outermost circumferential rows of shoulder blocks, each of the shoulder blocks provided with a circumferentially extending narrow groove, the narrow groove subdividing the shoulder block into an axially inner wide main part and an axially outer narrow lateral part, and the narrow groove is curved convexly so that the narrow lateral part is narrower in a middle region than both the circumferential end regions, whereby the heel and toe wear and shoulder wear and resistance to tear-off can be improved.

A pneumatic tire comprises a tread portion which is provided with a plurality of circumferential grooves extending continuously in the tire circumferential direction to axially divide the tread portion into a plurality of land portions, at least one of the land portions is provided with sipes each extending across the full width of the land portion to have a pair of open ends, each of the sipes is provided therein with at least three tie-bars to provide the bottom of the sip with at least three shallow parts in the open ends and therebetween and at least two deep parts between the shallower parts, and the depth (h2) at the shallow parts is set in the range of from 0.2 to 0.8 times the depth (h1) at the deep parts.

Disclosed is a roller hemming device, which is capable of excellent hemming even when a subject to be hemmed is located in a relatively narrow place, and reducing maintenance frequency. Specifically disclosed is a roller hemming device, which includes a preliminary bending roller for performing preliminary bending of a work, a final bending roller for performing final bending of the work, and an arm for setting attitudes of the preliminary bending roller and the final bending roller at desired positions and angles. The preliminary bending roller has an axis inclined with respect to a horizontal direction and is arranged at such a position not to come in contact with the work during the final bending. The final bending roller is formed in a circular truncated cone, has an axis which is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction so that, during the final bending, a large diameter surface thereof faces toward the work and a processing surface thereof is horizontally positioned, and is arranged at such a position not to come in contact with the work during the preliminary bending. The preliminary bending roller and the final bending roller are arranged along a top-bottom direction, each having a processing point located in a vicinity of an axis of the arm.
