It is determined whether or not the lighting device is corrected on the basis of the calculated difference, and the lighting device is selectively corrected depending on the determination result.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an inducible high-expression cassette comprising a dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) promoter from which GC-rich repeat sequences are partially or entirely removed, the cassette capable of more effectively improving a gene amplification system. Also disclosed are an expression vector comprising the inducible expression cassette and optionally a gene encoding a recombinant protein of interest, an animal cell line transformed with the expression vector, and a method of mass producing and purifying a recombinant protein by culturing the transformant. The present invention enables the shortening of the time required to establish a cell line producing a recombinant protein of interest at high levels using a low concentration of a DHFR inhibitor, thereby allowing more effective production of the recombinant protein.

    摘要: An electron beam irradiator capable of performing electron beam irradiation in a wide area at a high current density with a field emitter tip. The electron beam irradiator comprises: a vacuum chamber having a beam irradiation window formed longitudinally in an outer periphery of the vacuum chamber; a cathode placed centrally and longitudinally inside the vacuum chamber, and having a field emitter tip formed on the cathode, corresponding to the beam irradiation window; and a high voltage supply placed at one end of the vacuum chamber, and adapted to apply high voltage toward the cathode. The electron beam irradiation can be made in a wide area without using an electromagnet as well as in a high current density without using a heater such as a filament or an additional power supply, thereby to ensure a simplified structure as well as a reduced size.

    摘要: A resource allocation method for performing resource competition between protocols based on a protocol in a home network environment using multiple protocols is provided. In the resource allocation method, a request of using a resource is received from an external device. An AIFS value is allocated according to a data type of the resource requested from the device. Then, the resource is not provided to the device for an AIFS period. After passing the period of the AIFS value, a back-off timer period is entered. In the back-off timer period, an application protocol of the external device requesting the resource is identified, and an idle time value is allocated according to a type of the identified protocol. Then, a corresponding resource is provided to the first device coming out of the allocated idle time.

The method includes the steps of: at a cycle master, transferring a cycle begin packet with a current time to a transmitting-side bridge; at the transmitting-side bridge, synchronizing using the time included in the cycle begin packet and a time to transmit the cycle begin packet, and transmitting the cycle begin packet with a first synchronization time to a wireless 1394 coordinator; at the wireless 1394 coordinator, synchronizing using the first synchronization time and calculating a second synchronization time; at the wireless 1394 coordinator, transmitting the beacon frame with a created information element structure to a receiving side bridge on a wired IEEE 1394 network; at the receiving bridge, synchronizing using the second synchronization time and calculating a third synchronization time; and at the receiving-side bridge, synchronizing the heterogeneous network by transferring the third synchronization time to the receiving node.

    摘要: An electron beam irradiator capable of performing electron beam irradiation in a wide area at a high current density with a field emitter tip. The electron beam irradiator comprises: a vacuum chamber having a beam irradiation window formed longitudinally in an outer periphery of the vacuum chamber; a cathode placed centrally and longitudinally inside the vacuum chamber, and having a field emitter tip formed on the cathode, corresponding to the beam irradiation window; and a high voltage supply placed at one end of the vacuum chamber, and adapted to apply high voltage toward the cathode.     摘要: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for driving a plasma display panel in which a gray scale inversion phenomenon can be prevented. According to the present invention, the apparatus for driving the PDP includes an error diffusion unit for diffusing error of data received from an inverse gamma correction unit, a gray scale inversion check unit connected to the inverse gamma correction unit, for checking whether a gray scale value of the data received from the inverse gamma correction unit is a gray scale value where a gray scale inversion phenomenon is generated, and generating a 1-bit control signal according to the check result, an adder disposed between the error diffusion unit and the gray scale inversion check unit, for adding the 1-bit control signal to lower bits of the data received from the error diffusion unit, and a dithering unit for performing dithering by using the lower bits received from the adder. Therefore, when dithering is performed on data where gray scale inversion is generated, a gray scale value can be improved by adding 1 to lowest bits of the data. It is thus possible to prevent the gray scale inversion phenomenon.
