    摘要: An electronic control device includes one or more substrates, a casing, a plurality of circuit blocks, a common wire, a plurality of branch wires and two interrupt wires. The circuit blocks are disposed on the substrates and the substrates are disposed in the casing. The common wire is shared by the circuit blocks. The branch wires are respectively coupled between the circuit blocks and the common wire. The two interrupt wires are respectively coupled with two of the common wire and the branch wires for overcurrent protection of the circuit blocks.

In the inverter capacitance module, the switching module is fixed to the plurality of substrates by the fixing element.

    摘要: A highly reliable method for screening a multi-layer ceramic electronic component, in which multi-layer ceramic electronic components having inner-structural defects and a reduced useful life are efficiently detected and removed. In this method, after applying an AC voltage to a multi-layer ceramic electronic component, a DC voltage is applied thereto. Then, by measuring the insulation-resistance value of the electronic component obtained when the DC voltage is applied, the quality of the multi-layer ceramic electronic component is checked. The applied AC voltage is in a range of 40 to 80% or 50 to 70% of a breakdown voltage. The applied DC voltage is between approximately a rated voltage and approximately twice the rated voltage. This method can, for example, be applied to the screening of a multi-layer ceramic capacitor.

    摘要: A high nitrogen flux cored wire for welding of Cr--Ni type stainless steel is formed by filling a flux into a sheath of stainless steel. The flux is composed of N and nitrogen compound (total converted value of N): 0.05 to 0.30 wt % with respect to total weight of wire, in the sheath and the flux; and TiO.sub.2 : 4.0 to 8.0 wt %, SiO.sub.2 : 0.3 to 3.0 wt %, Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 : 0.05 to 1.5 wt %, metal fluoride (converted value of F): 0.05 to 0.7 wt %, ZrO.sub.2 : less 0.5 wt %, and metal carbonate: less than or equal to 1.0 wt % with respect to total weight of the wire, in said flux.

    摘要: An electronic control device includes a substrate, component-mounted wires disposed on the substrate, electronic components mounted on the respective component-mounted wires, a common wire disposed on the substrate and coupled with each of the electronic components, and an interrupt wire coupled between one of the component-mounted wires and the common wire. The interrupt wire melts in accordance with heat generated by an overcurrent. The interrupt wire includes a first wire section and a second wire section shorter than the first wire section. The first wire section and the second wire section is coupled with each other at a predetermined angle that is determined so that one of the wire sections is coupled with the common wire and the other is coupled with the one of the component-mounted wires.
