摘要: Plural conductive plates extend from a transparent containing unit containing the photoelectric conversion device, plural electrical circuit components are connected to the conductive plate, and the conductive plate extending from the transparent containing unit is accommodated in a housing while the conductive plate is bent. At that time, the conductive plate extending from the transparent containing unit is coupled at two portions in an extending direction by coupled-fixing members made of non-conductive synthetic resin, the electrical circuit components are mounted between the coupled-fixing members and the conductive plate is bent at portions outside these two coupled-fixing members. In the case that the conductive plate must be cut to generate a floating point portion, a floating-point fixing member is provided for coupling and fixing the floating point portion to an adjacent conductive plate.

摘要: An electric double layer capacitor 200 is configured such that a positive electrode 206, a separator 205, and a negative electrode 207 stacked in this order are contained in a container, and a portion between the positive electrode 206 and the negative electrode 207 is filled with an electrolytic solution. A polar plate of one or each of the positive electrode 206 and the negative electrode 207 includes a current collector 201, 203 and a plurality of electrically-conductive fine fibers 202, 204 formed and standing on a surface of the current collector such that one end of each of the fine fibers is electrically connected to the surface of the current collector. A surface of the polar plate is covered with the separator 205, the surface corresponding to the surface of the current collector. The polar plate and the separator 205 are pressure bonded to be integrated with each other. In the electric double layer capacitor using the electrically-conductive fine fiber, such as a carbon nanotube, as an active material, energy density can be increased by densely compressing the active material.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a side wall, an interface component, a partition wall, and a protrusion. The side wall is formed on one of the bottom wall and the top wall of a housing to spatially separate the inside of the housing from the outside. The side wall includes a through opening. The interface component faces the through opening in the housing. The partition wall is formed on the one of the bottom wall and the top wall and coupled perpendicularly to the side wall. The partition wall spatially separates the inside of the housing and a component retainer formed as a cutout or a recess of the housing. The protrusion is formed on the one of the bottom wall and the top wall to be spaced apart from the partition wall. The interface component is held between the partition wall and the protrusion.

摘要: It is expected to provide an optical communication module that can avoid the reduction in the performance of light communication when an edge emitting type photoelectric device is mounted. The optical communication module is configured to include: a basement where a convex first and second lenses are integrally formed on the upper and lower surfaces, respectively; and a laser diode aligned with the first lens on the upper surface to emit light in the direction toward the first lens. It is configured that the first lens refracts the light emitted from the laser diode to become substantially parallel to the upper surface of the basement and the refracted light is reflected toward the direction of second lens.

摘要: An original monochrome image recorded with an FPD (flat panel detector) which comprises an array, m rows and n columns, of pixels is reduced and converted into a display image which comprises an array, q rows and (3*n*q/m) columns, of pixels before the display image is transferred to a monochrome liquid crystal display equipped with a monochrome LCD which comprises an array, q rows and P columns, of pixels, where m, n, q, and P are natural numbers and m≦n, q q are given. The monochrome liquid crystal display drives the three sub pixels of each pixel independently aligned along the row of the monochrome LCD to display the display image of the pixels in q rows and (3*n*q/m) columns.
