摘要: The present invention is to provide a folding knife with two-stage lock release, which comprises a handle including three plates, and a blade pivotally installed between first and second plates. The second plate has an elastic stop plate installed thereon having a first engage portion, such that after the blade is turned out from the handle completely, the elastic stop plate can abut against the blade. A positioning plate including a second engage portion is movably positioned between the second and third plates, and has an end extended out from the handle, such that when the blade is unfolded completely and the positioning plate is moved and fixed to a pressed position, the first and second engage portions can be engaged with each other, and the elastic stop plate can be separated from the blade, so as to enable the blade to be turned into the handle.

摘要: A method for forming a recessed channel device includes providing a substrate with a plurality of trench capacitors formed therein, each of the trench capacitors including a plug protruding above the substrate; forming a spacer on each of the plugs; forming a plurality of trench isolations along a first direction in the substrate adjacent to the trench capacitors so as to define an active area exposing the substrate; removing a portion of the substrate by using the spacers and the trench isolations as a mask to form a recessed channel; and trimming the recessed channel so that a surface profile of the recessed channel presents a three-dimensional shape. A recessed channel device with a rounded channel profile is also provided.

摘要: A method for fabricating a MOS transistor with a recess channel, including: providing a substrate with a plurality of trench capacitors therein, wherein a trench top oxide is positioned on top of each trench capacitor and extended away from the substrate surface; forming a first spacer on side walls of the trench top oxide; forming a second spacer on the first spacer; defining a plurality of active areas, wherein each of the active areas is parallel with each other and comprises at least two of the trench capacitors; forming an isolation area between each of the active area; etching the substrate of the active area by using the second spacer as a mask to form a trench in the active area; removing the second spacer to expose a portion of the substrate, and etching the exposed substrate to enlarge the trench; and forming a gate structure in the trench.

摘要: A folding knife with a safety for blade is provided. When a blade of the folding knife has been turned to an extended position, a slip switch of the safety for blade is moved to a safety lock position to depress a push element, so that the push element engages a lower end with a first locking hole on the blade, preventing the blade from undesirably closing in the event a blade lock of the folding knife is unexpectedly released or the blade is subject to an over big impact. On the other hand, when the blade has been turned to a folded position in a handle of the knife and the slip switch is moved to the safety lock position, the push element engages its lower end with a second locking hole on the blade to prevent the blade from undesirably separating from the handle. The safety for blade therefore provides the folding knife with a further means to ensure the safe use of the folding knife.

摘要: A method for fabricating the semiconductor device comprises providing a semiconductor substrate having a device region and a testkey region. A first trench is formed in the device region and a second trench is formed in the testkey region. A conductive layer with a first etching selectivity is formed in the first and second trenches. A first implantation process is performed in a first direction to form a first doped region with a first impurity and an undoped region in the conductive layer simultaneously and respectively in the device region and in the testkey region. A second implantation process is performed in the second trench to form a second doped region with a second impurity in the conductive layer, wherein the conductive layer in the second trench has a second etching selectivity higher than the first etching selectivity.

摘要: A folding knife with a safety for blade is provided. When a blade of the folding knife is in an extended position for use, a slip switch of the safety for blade could be moved to a safety lock position to depress a lock member for a lower rod portion of the latter to engage into a first locking hole on the blade, so that the blade would not turn back into a handle of the folding knife even when a blade lock of the knife is unexpectedly separated from the blade. And, when the slip switch is moved to the safety lock position when the blade is in a folded position in the handle, the lower rod portion of the lock member would engage into a second locking hole on the blade to prevent the blade from unexpectedly turning out of the handle.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a folding knife, which includes an actuation element having one side provided with a pushing member and a sliding member and an opposite side provided with a locking member. The pushing member extends out of a handle through a pushing slide groove of the handle. The sliding member extends into a positioning slide groove of the handle and is located in an elastic ring. The locking member can extend into a curved groove of a blade. Once the blade is fully rotated out of the handle, the pushing member can be pushed toward the tip of the blade, causing the sliding member to pass through a limiting portion of the elastic ring and enter a locking area of the elastic ring. Consequently, the locking member is engaged in an opened-state locking groove of the curved groove and locks the blade in an opened state.
