    Abstract: The newly discovered, Arc-Flashpoint Technology (AFPT) is the subject of several contemporaneously filed inventions teaching the combining of the properties of ionic plasma with nucleomagnetics as is further disclosed in the Amo Vigen Scrunched Cube Atomic Model (AVSCAM invention). By utilizing dissimilar metals in a special crucible, while a high voltage, low amperage, pulse modulated electrical current is passing between a Cathode part to an Anode part in an aqueous liquid, free floating ions are released in such abundance, that the amount of energy delivered into the system is fully transferred into heat just from the water molecules, by the explosion of the plasma released Hydrogen and Oxygen gasses when the two gasses recombine in the said crucible and ignite to form a controlled explosive reaction that in the process generates a massive amount of heat. The nucleomagnetics feature (AVSC Method) comprised within the system, draws the free ions from the unwanted saline (if brine water is used) which not only generates an unusual amount of heat instantaneously, but also creates potable drinking water at the same time, due to the sequestration of the sodium component.

    Abstract: Modern ECU's control fuel flow and efficiency of high performance vehicles. Converting a standard fossil fuel vehicle or boat to oxy-hydrogen requires monitoring of additional factors such as oxy-hydrogen burn rates, oxy-hydrogen flow, oxy-hydrogen temperature, oxy-hydrogen production rates and overall factors such as barometric pressure, altitude, humidity, ambient temperatures etc. When a vehicle operating as a hybrid, experiences difficulties with oxy-hydrogen production, burn rate, fuel flow, or operating temperature, the ECU must compensate and revert back to fossil fuel operating status, or suffer engine failure and potentially costly mechanical damages.The herein described invention compensates for the combined mixture of oxy-hydrogen and fossil fuels to give a highly fuel efficient clean burning engine under normal operations, and automatically reverts back to fossil fuel parameter ECU mapping, if the oxy-hydrogen system should fail to deliver the required volume of oxy-hydrogen gas, or various types of hybrid fuels are used from time to time to increase fuel efficiency, and reduce costs, the herein described dual ECU system will thereby allow the vehicle to continue to operate normally, under all types of conditions, climates, temperature changes or changes in altitude.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing data structures associated with large files are provided. With the apparatus and method, region control blocks for a data file are allocated on demand from an array of control blocks and are organized into a tree data structure. The tree data structure includes a base region control block and zero or more extended region control blocks. The base region control block includes a pointer to a root of the tree data structure and information about the data file. The extended region control blocks have pointers to the base region control block, to a successor region control block, and pointers to zero to four child region control blocks.
