    摘要: A method and system for generating an allowed list based on regions for a wireless terminal are disclosed. The method generates an allowed list based on regions to control network access of a stationary wireless terminal, and includes: sending, by the wireless terminal, an attach request to a network; creating, by the network, an allowed list that contains information on regions in which the wireless terminal is permitted to access the network; and controlling, by the network, network access of the wireless terminal on the basis of the allowed list. Hence, the allowed list, which stores information regarding regions in which the MTC terminal 110 is permitted to access the network, may be dynamically created by the terminal or the MME.

    摘要: A wireless communication system for performing a handover to a femto base station is provided. The system includes user equipment, a femto subscriber information storage, a core network entity or a macro base station or a serving base station. The femto subscriber information storage stores a list of femto base stations that allows the access of user equipment, i.e., an accessible list. The core network entity or the macro base station receives and stores the accessible list. When any of the user equipment requests a handover toward a femto base station as a target base station, and the target base station is included in the accessible list stored, the core network entity or the macro base station requests a handover toward the target base station. A method for performing a handover to the core network entity and the macro base station is also provided.

    摘要: According to the present invention, a digital pre-distortion device and method for use in a dynamic spectrum allocation system, which uses a breadband frequency range, such as a cognitive radio (CR) system, are implemented. Also, while as conventional pre-distortion device only enable the linearization of a signal of a fundamental frequency band, the digital pre-distortion device and method according to the present invention enable not only the linearization of a basic signal on frequency fc, but also simultaneously enable the elimination of harmonic signals on the high frequencies of 2fc, 3fc, 4fc, etc. The digital pre-distortion device for a broadband power amplifier according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a nonlinear power amplifier; an equivalent amplifier model estimator; N pre-distorters; and a coefficient extractor for extracting the coefficients of the N pre-distorters.

    摘要: A regional access control method is provided in a Mobility Management Entity (MME) for network access for a User Equipment (UE) that performs Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication. An access request message and location information of the UE are received from a base station. The access request message is transmitted to the MME in response to reception of the access request message at the base station from the UE. A location of the UE that is determined based on the location information of the UE, is registered in a Home Subscriber Server (HSS). An allowed list of the UE is obtained from the HSS. It is determined whether the location information of the UE is registered in the allowed list.

The UE receives a system information block indicating a transport channel selected to transmit MBMS control information among a plurality of transport channels mapped to a secondary common control physical channel, over a primary common control physical channel; receives the MBMS control information over the selected transport channel among the plurality of the transport channels, using the system information block; and receives the MBMS service using the MBMS control information.

    摘要: Provided is a handover method, in which a call manager of a network having a Circuit Switching (CS) network, a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, and an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network, provides handover, from the LTE network to the CS network, to a terminal that uses one radio channel. The handover method includes upon receiving a request for handover from the terminal via a node of the LTE network, establishing a line to a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) of the CS network; sending, to the call manager, a request for a change in a session to another party's terminal in communication with the terminal, to establish an Internet Protocol (IP) bearer between the call manager and the other party's terminal; and sending a handover command to the terminal during the establishment of an IP bearer, to establish a radio channel to the base station of the CS network.
