In the element body, a high void region where the porosity caused by the void part is higher than the porosity of the other part in the element body extends from the edge of the external electrode on the mounting surface toward an end surface of the element body.

Abstract: An array sensor comprises: first wirings that, when viewed from the third direction, each extend in the first direction and are adjacent to each other in the second direction that is different from the first direction; second wirings each extending in the second direction and adjacent to each other in the first direction; detection elements each connected to both one of the first wirings and one of the second wirings; a readout circuit that reads out output signals from the detection elements; and first terminals electrically connected to the readout circuit. The first terminals form at least one first terminal line in which at least some of the first terminals are arranged side by side in the second direction. The number of the first terminals is greater than the number of the first wirings, and only some of the first terminals are electrically connected to the respective first wirings.
