    Abstract: An all-solid-state battery according to the present embodiment includes a sintered body having a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a solid electrolyte layer that is between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, the positive electrode contains a compound having a spinel structure, the solid electrolyte layer contains a solid electrolyte having a γ-Li3PO4-type crystal structure, the compound having a spinel structure is represented by LiαMβMn2−βO4 . . . (1), and, in the formula (1), M is one or more atoms selected from transition metals, 0.8≤α≤1.2 is satisfied, and 0.1≤β≤0.9 is satisfied.

    Abstract: A spin-orbit torque type magnetoresistance effect element including a magnetoresistance effect element having a first ferromagnetic metal layer with a fixed magnetization direction, a second ferromagnetic metal layer with a varying magnetization direction, and a non-magnetic layer sandwiched between the first ferromagnetic metal layer and the second ferromagnetic metal layer; and spin-orbit torque wiring that extends in a first direction intersecting with a stacking direction of the magnetoresistance effect element and that is joined to the second ferromagnetic metal layer; wherein the magnetization of the second ferromagnetic metal layer is oriented in the stacking direction of the magnetoresistance effect element; and the second ferromagnetic metal layer has shape anisotropy, such that a length along the first direction is greater than a length along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and to the stacking direction.

    Abstract: A magnetic sensor includes an insulating layer, a first MR element, and a second MR element. The insulating layer includes a first layer and a second layer, and also includes first and second inclined surfaces formed across the first layer and the second layer. Each of the first and second MR elements includes a magnetization pinned layer and a free layer. The magnetization pinned layer and the free layer of the first MR element are disposed on the first inclined surface.     Abstract: An array sensor comprises: first wirings that, when viewed from the third direction, each extend in the first direction and are adjacent to each other in the second direction that is different from the first direction; second wirings each extending in the second direction and adjacent to each other in the first direction; detection elements each connected to both one of the first wirings and one of the second wirings; a readout circuit that reads out output signals from the detection elements; and first terminals electrically connected to the readout circuit. The first terminals form at least one first terminal line in which at least some of the first terminals are arranged side by side in the second direction. The number of the first terminals is greater than the number of the first wirings, and only some of the first terminals are electrically connected to the respective first wirings.
