In the semiconductor device which has an insulated gate type semiconductor field-effect transistor element or a TFT element, a high mutual conductance is obtained and the absolute value of gate threshold voltage is repressed while the adverse influence to the circuit operation by means of the parasitic capacity is repressed.

    摘要: An organic semiconductor device includes at least p-type and n-type channel organic semiconductor elements. Each organic semiconductor element includes a pair of a source electrode and a drain electrode which are facing each other, an organic semiconductor layer deposited between the source electrode and the drain electrode such that a channel can be formed therebetween, and a gate electrode which applies a voltage through a gate insulating layer to the organic semiconductor layer provided between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The source electrode and the drain electrode of the p-type channel organic semiconductor element are made of materials having values of work function higher than those of the source electrode and the drain electrode of the n-type channel organic semiconductor element respectively.

    摘要: A display apparatus with an active matrix display panel which can suppress gate stress to prevent a degradation of the display quality. Specified at least one pixel section having a light emitting element to driven for light emission in one row is supplied with a data pulse indicative of a first gate voltage of a thin film transistor upon supply of a display scanning pulse. Subsequently, each pixel in the one row is supplied with a reset scanning pulse, and when supplying a reset scanning pulse, the at least one pixel section is supplied with a reset pulse indicative of a second gate voltage of the thin film transistor for making the polarity of agate-to-source voltage or gate-to-drain voltage of the thin film transistor reverse to that during light emission driving.

A plurality of domain control layers 11 to 13 are located between the magnetoresistive effect element 5 and a plurality of detecting electrodes 8 to 10 in a state that the domain control layers 11 to 13 are closely formed on the magnetoresistive effect element 5. Each of the domain control layers 11 to 13 applies a unidirectional magnetic field to a region of the magnetoresistive effect element 5 vertically disposed in a guard band of the magnetic recording medium 4, the guard band having no information recorded therein. The unidirectional magnetic field is directed in an orientation of an initial magnetization in a single magnetoresistive effect element, the orientation of which depends on a direction of on an easy axis of the magnetoresistive effect element 5.
