摘要: A laser machining apparatus is provided with: a workpiece support unit; a machining head; and a machining head moving unit. The workpiece support unit includes: an end support part that supports a width end of a workpiece; and an inside support part that supports an inside portion of the workpiece in a width direction. The end support part is movable in a longitudinal direction independently from the inside support part in response to a movement of the machining head.

摘要: A developing apparatus of the type including a developing roller disposed in a development box, a stirring roller parallel spaced apart from the developing roller, and a toner replenisher pipe disposed in the stirring roller, wherein the stirring roller has a substantially hollow cylindrical shape and includes a plurality of axial ribs extending parallel to a longitudinal axis of the stirring roller and disposed equidistantly from the longitudinal axis, and a plurality of helical blades integral with the axial ribs and skewed relative to the longitudinal axis of the stirring roller, said hollow cylindrical stirring roller being composed of at least two identical segments which are divided by a plane extending through said longitudinal axis of said stirring roller. The stirring roller is simple in construction and can be manufactured at a low cost. The developing apparatus further includes a separator for receiving an excess developer which is removed from the outside surface of the developing roller and direct it unto the stirring roller.

摘要: A device for forming a tailored blank plate 12 having a thick plate 14 connected to a thin plate 16 to a desired configuration is provided with a press device 10 and a re-strike device 100. The press device 10 is provided with a first punch part 18, a first die part 20 and holder parts 22 and 22. Between the first punch part 18 and the first die part 20, the tailored blank plate 12 is mounted and positioned so that a stepped part 12b intersects orthogonally to punch protruding parts 50a and 50b of the first punch part 18 and punch recessed parts 72a and 72b of the first die part 20 to press-form the tailored blank plate 12. Then, the press-formed tailored blank plate 212 is moved to the re-strike device 100 to carry out a re-striking process by a second punch part 102 and a second die part 104, so as obtain the tailored blank plate 300 of a final shape.

摘要: A bulge forming method includes arranging a raw material tube inside a die having an inner surface shape, in which plural crest portions and root portions are alternately formed, and providing a rod inside the raw material tube in the axial direction of the raw material tube, and the rod has a pressurized liquid supply opening. The bulge forming method further includes providing a pair of sealing portions so as to have the pressurized liquid supply opening therebetween, and the sealing portions seal a space between the raw material tube and the rod. The bulge forming method further includes moving the rod in the axial direction while applying compressive stress to the raw material tube in the axial direction and supplying a pressurized liquid from the pressurized liquid supply opening into the raw material tube, whereby the raw material tube is formed into the shape of the inner surface of the die. The sealing portion is in an anterior side of a forming direction is applied with liquid pressure of the pressurized liquid in a direction from the rod toward the raw material tube so as to be followable to bulging of the raw material tube. The distance between the sealing portions is set to have a length of at least two crest portions of the inner surface shape of the die, and a length in the axial direction of the sealing portion in a posterior side of the forming direction is set to have a length of at least one crest portion of the inner surface shape of the die.
