摘要: Provided is a fundus imaging apparatus including a wavefront adjuster and a detector. The wavefront adjuster is configured to adjust a wavefront of a femtosecond pulsed laser beam incident on an ocular fundus to be examined. The detector is configured to detect fluorescence generated in a multi-photon excitation process by the femtosecond pulsed laser beam incident on the ocular fundus to be examined. The wavefront adjuster is further configured to adjust the wavefront so that an intensity of the fluorescence to be detected by the detector becomes a maximum value.

摘要: A part of the opening of the nozzle insertion hole located in the liquid discharging direction relative to the nozzle inserted in the nozzle insertion hole is enlarged in the liquid discharging direction. Therefore, the droplets which have migrated to the nozzle insertion hole adheres to the internal surface in the liquid discharging direction relative to the nozzle, that is, to the slanted part via the enlarged part. Moreover, the slanted part is provided slanted from the central portion of the nozzle insertion hole toward the enlarged part and separated away from the central portion of the substrate top surface. Hence, the adhering droplets flow in the liquid discharging direction along the slanted part to be discharged from the opening of the nozzle insertion hole.

摘要: There is provided a refrigerator capable of suppressing intra-compartment temperature from rising during a defrosting operation by means of a defrosting heater and capable of preventing temperature of foods from rising after the defrosting operation. The inventive refrigerator sets temperature for ending a freezing mode during a pre-cooling operation at pre-cooling freezing mode ending temperature which is lower than temperature during a normal operation by a predetermined temperature and conducts an alternate cooling operation until when the pre-cooling operation ends based on the pre-cooling freezing mode ending temperature.

摘要: The present technology relates to an image processing apparatus and an image processing method, and particularly to an image processing apparatus and an image processing method capable of suppressing an increase in a load on a subject and obtaining a captured image of the subject with higher image quality. An imaging unit reduces a light amount and performs a plurality of imagings of the fundus of the eye so as to generate a plurality of fundus images. A biological information alignment processing unit aligns the fundus images by using biological information of a subject. A super-resolution processing unit superimposes an aligned input image on a previous super-resolution result image so as to generate a new super-resolution result image. The super-resolution processing unit stores or outputs the super-resolution result image in a storage unit or from an output unit, and supplies the super-resolution result image to a super-resolution result image buffer so as to be stored. The present technology may be applied to, for example, an image processing apparatus.

摘要: Provided is a microbead analysis method for a microbead. The microbead is formed in a columnar shape having a top surface and a bottom surface facing each other, as placed almost in parallel, and a side surface extending therefrom, and carries an identification pattern formed on at least one of the top surface and the bottom surface and a substance immobilized on a surface thereof having affinity to an analyte substance. The method includes detecting fluorescence emitted from the microbead surface due to interaction of the analyte substance with the substance having affinity to the analyte substance from a region including a region of the top surface and the bottom surface where there is no identification pattern formed and the side surface.
