    摘要: Disclosed is a catalyst system for the reduction of NOx. The catalyst system comprises a catalyst in a first zone comprising a catalyst support, a catalytic metal comprising gallium, and at least one promoting metal selected from the group consisting of silver, gold, vanadium, zinc, tin, bismuth, cobalt, molybdenum, tungsten, indium and mixtures thereof; a catalyst in the second zone following the first zone; the catalyst comprising a second catalyst support, a second catalytic metal selected from the group consisting of indium, copper, manganese, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium, vanadium, iron, cerium and mixtures thereof. The catalyst system further comprises a gas stream comprising an organic reductant comprising oxygen or nitrogen. The catalyst system may further optionally comprise a catalyst in a third zone following the second zone; the catalyst comprising a third catalyst support and a third catalytic metal selected from the group consisting of platinum, palladium, and mixtures thereof. A method for reducing NOx utilizing the catalyst system is also provided.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for recovering and purifying a solvent used in an article cleaning appliance are provided. The method allows passing solvent-based cleaning fluid from a wash basket through a coarse filter configured to remove relatively large particulates from the cleaning fluid. The method further allows passing cleaning fluid from the coarse filter through a particulate filter configured to remove relatively fine particulates from the cleaning fluid. An aqueous phase that may be present in the cleaning fluid is separated by decanting and coalescing through a separator/filter assembly. The cleaning fluid may then be passed through a regeneration cartridge for removing any water that may remain in the cleaning fluid, and for adsorbing organic contaminants that may be present in the cleaning fluid. Recovered solvent may be stored in a tank for subsequent use in a cleaning process performed by the appliance.

The system includes a fuel tank adapted to supply a premixed fuel stream that includes a primary component and a reductant component, and an engine in fluid communication with the fuel tank, wherein the engine is configured to create an emission. The engine includes an emission treatment system to treat the emission. The system also includes a separation system that includes a membrane with differential permeability for the reductant component relative to the primary component. The separation system is configured to receive at least a portion of the premixed fuel stream from the tank and to separate the premixed fuel stream into a first fraction and a second fraction. The first fraction includes a higher concentration of the reductant component than the second fraction, and the separation system is configured to supply the first fraction to the emission treatment system.
