摘要: The disclosure relates to a fuel supply device for supplying a fuel to an internal combustion engine comprising: a fuel store for storing a primary fuel; and at least two parallel fuel supply paths that are connected to the fuel store, on the one hand, and to the internal combustion engine, on the other hand, wherein the primary fuel can be supplied from the fuel store to the internal combustion engine by means of the first fuel supply path for the purpose of combustion, and the second fuel supply path has at least one reforming device that reforms the primary fuel supplied from the fuel tank into a secondary fuel, and to supply at least a portion of the produced secondary fuel to the internal combustion engine for the purpose of combustion.

摘要: An exhaust gas aftertreatment system for an internal combustion engine has an exhaust system that can be connected to an outlet of the internal combustion engine. A three-way catalytic converter that is situated close to the engine and, downstream from the three-way catalytic converter that is situated close to the engine, a second catalytic converter and a particle reduction device are arranged in the direction in which an exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine flows through an exhaust gas channel of the exhaust system. A fuel injector is arranged on the exhaust gas channel so as to inject fuel downstream from the three-way catalytic converter that is situated close to the engine and upstream from the second catalytic converter, and the exhaust system comprises a secondary air system with which secondary air can be blown into the exhaust gas channel downstream from the three-way catalytic converter that is situated close to the engine and upstream from the second catalytic converter.

The method provides the steps of calculating the thermal power needed to reach the nominal operating temperature of the at least one catalytic converter and determining an actual number of revolutions with which to operate a fresh air pumping device based on the sum of a nominal number of revolutions, a closed-loop contribution of the number of revolutions with which to operate the fresh air pumping device, and a further contribution of the number of revolutions with which to operate the fresh air pumping device in order to ensure optimal thermal power exiting the burner.

摘要: An exhaust purification system is provided with a NOx-occlusion-reduction-type catalyst and a NOx purge rich control unit that executes NOx purge in a case where a catalyst temperature of the NOx-occlusion-reduction-type catalyst is equal to or higher than a catalyst temperature threshold value and a NOx occlusion amount of the NOx-occlusion-reduction-type catalyst is equal to or higher than an NOx occlusion amount threshold value and executes the NOx purge even when the catalyst temperature is lower than a catalyst temperature threshold value in a case where the NOx occlusion amount is equal to or greater than the occlusion amount threshold value, a fuel injection amount resulting from an accelerator operation is equal to or greater than an injection amount threshold value, and an exhaust temperature detected by a first exhaust temperature sensor is equal to or higher than an exhaust temperature threshold value.

摘要: An engine system includes a turbocharger (16), an exhaust gas control apparatus (81), a fuel addition device (82), a heating unit, and an ECU. The turbocharger includes a variable nozzle mechanism (34). The exhaust gas control apparatus is disposed on an exhaust downstream side of the exhaust turbine in an exhaust passage. The fuel addition device is configured to add a fuel to the exhaust gas of the engine to recover the function of the exhaust gas control apparatus on a further exhaust upstream side than the exhaust turbine. The heating unit is configured to heat the link chamber (52). The ECU is configured to execute heating control for controlling the initiation and the stopping of heating by the heating unit and execute the heating control in a period overlapping with at least part of a period when the addition of the fuel by the fuel addition device is executed.

The spindle assembly includes a retaining pin coupled to the spindle, the retaining pin extending generally parallel to the central axis. The spindle assembly further includes an attachment mechanism coupled to the second end, the attachment mechanism configured to couple the spindle to an inner surface of the diesel exhaust fluid tank. The spindle and the retaining pin are configured to secure a heating wire within the plurality of grooves between the retaining pin and the central axis.

摘要: An exhaust gas control system includes an upstream purification device disposed in an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine, a downstream purification device disposed in a portion of the exhaust passage downstream from the upstream purification device, a fuel addition valve disposed in a portion of the exhaust passage upstream from the upstream purification device, and a urea addition valve disposed in a portion of the exhaust passage between the upstream purification device and the downstream purification device, and a cooling device. The cooling device is configured such that refrigerant cools the fuel addition valve first and then cools the urea addition valve subsequent to the fuel addition valve.
