    摘要: A linear compressor is provided in which a driving spring and an elastic supporting member for supporting a compressing mechanism portion are disposed such that a piston and the compressing mechanism portion move in opposite phases such that vibration of a hermetic vessel is canceled out. The linear compressor comprises a hermetic vessel having a compressing mechanism portion and a linear motor therein. The compressing mechanism portion includes a piston-side mechanism and a cylinder-side mechanism, the former includes the piston and the mechanism member which is movable together with the piston, the latter includes the cylinder and the stator which connects with the cylinder. The cylinder-side mechanism member is elastically supported at opposite ends in the hermetic vessel by a first elastic member, and a reciprocating force in the axial direction is given the piston-side mechanism by a second elastic member whose one end is supported by the hermetic vessel.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes an orbital drive mechanism for orbiting an orbiting scroll relative to a stationary scroll. The orbiting scroll is formed with a generally cylindrical boss extending in a direction away from the stationary scroll. The orbital drive mechanism includes a main shaft rotatably supported by a compressor housing, an eccentric shaft extending from one end face of the main shaft and having a longitudinal axis parallel to, but offset laterally from a longitudinal axis of the main shaft, and an eccentric bush having a socket inserted rotatably into the cylindrical boss. The eccentric shaft, engaged in the socket, has first and second rounded side faces opposite to each other both having a common center of curvature, while the socket has first and second inner wall portions opposite to each other, each of which has a center of curvature substantially aligned with the common center of curvature of the first and second rounded side faces of the eccentric shaft. Third and fourth side faces of the eccentric shaft extending between associated ends of the first and second rounded side faces confront third and fourth inner wall portions of the socket and are spaced inwardly therefrom so that the eccentric bush can swing relative to the eccentric shaft about the common center of curvature of the first and second rounded side faces of the eccentric shaft, thus varying the orbiting radius.

    摘要: In an electric compressor, an inverter case of an inverter is externally attached to an end wall of a housing in an axial direction on the side of a suction port to a compression mechanism. An intake passage for leading fluid returned from the outside into the suction port is provided in the inverter case. The intake passage has a thermal binding portion for thermally binding the intake passage to the inverter. According to the above structure, an exclusive part in the housing is eliminated even though the inverter is installed in the electric compressor, and the inverter is cooled efficiently.

    摘要: A lead wire of a motor is prevented from being damaged, and the reliability of an electric compressor is enhanced. The electric compressor 1 is provided with a division wall 80b which divides a discharge chamber 62 and a connection space 65 which connects a sealed terminal 90 and a lead wire 5c of a motor 5. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent discharge gas from directly flowing into the connection space 65, and to prevent the discharge gas from flowing into a wire passage 64 through which the lead wire 5c is passed. Therefore, vibration of lead wire 5c caused by gas pulse can be suppressed, the lead wire can be prevented from being damaged, and the reliability of the electric compressor can be enhanced.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to make an oil-reservoir chamber independent from a motor chamber into which a refrigerant compressed by a compressor mechanism is introduced, thereby reducing a compressor in size. In a compressor 1, a partition member 7 is provided in a housing 3 on the opposite side from a compressor mechanism 4 with respect to a motor 5. The partition member 7 is pushed by a stator 5a of the motor 5, thereby liquid-tightly fixing the partition member 7 to the housing 3. The oil-reservoir chamber 6 is formed independently from a motor chamber 2 in which the motor 5 is accommodated, and lubricant oil is efficiently separated from a refrigerant with a simple structure.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a back pressure chamber oil-feeding path for feeding lubricating oil from a high-pressure region to a back pressure chamber, and a compression chamber oil-feeding path for feeding lubricating oil from the back pressure chamber to a compression chamber. One phase in which the back pressure chamber oil-feeding path is communicated from the high-pressure region to the back pressure chamber and another phase in which the compression chamber oil-feeding path is communicated from the back pressure chamber to the compression chamber are shifted from each other, so that the back pressure chamber oil-feeding path and the compression chamber oil-feeding path are never put into the communicating state simultaneously. Thus, after a halt of the compressor, under-communication oil-feeding of the lubricating oil from the high-pressure region via the back pressure chamber to the compression chamber can be prevented, so that the lubricating oil in the liquid storage section is kept from decreasing and moreover the lubricating oil is kept from being filled into the compression chamber, make it possible to achieve a stable restart-up.
