    摘要: A transparent laminate film which has visible light transmittance, sunlight blocking properties, radio wave transmittance and good appearance is provided. A transparent laminate film includes a laminate structure formed on at least one side of a transparent polymer film, in which a metal oxide layer and a metal layer are laminated, the metal oxide layer containing an organic component, wherein grooves having a width of 30 μm or less are formed in the laminate structure, and an overall surface resistance is 150 Ω/□ or more. Preferably, the grooves are numerous cracks, or are formed by laser processing. Further, preferably, the transparent polymer film has an easy adhesion layer formed on at least one side thereof, and the laminate structure is formed on top of the easy adhesion layer. Furthermore, preferably, the metal oxide layer containing the organic component is formed by a sol-gel method using optical energy during sol-gel curing.

The film has a thin film layer obtained by lamination of multiple thin films on at least one side of a transparent polymer film. This thin film layer has metal oxide thin films formed by a sol-gel process using light energy during sol-gel hardening and post-oxidation thin films formed by post-oxidation of at least one thin film selected from metal thin film, alloy thin film, and partially oxidized metal oxide thin film.

    摘要: An electromagnetic actuator includes a cylindrical rod made of a magnetic substance and having a large number of annular teeth formed on an outer surface thereof at a fixed pitch, and a plurality of annular electromagnets fitted on the cylinder rod. The intervals of the annular electromagnets are set such that the offsets between the annular teeth of the annular electromagnets and the annular teeth of the corresponding cylindrical rod gradually increase. This ensures highly accurate axisymmetric configuration which in turn ensures a completely axisymmetric distribution of the magnetic flux. In consequence, the radial force which acts between the electromagnet and the rod can be reduced, and control over the movement of the rod in the axial direction is thus facilitated.

    摘要: A fuel hose comprising an outer rubber layer wherein polysulfide is crosslinked so that polysulfide bonding density is not less than 4.times.10.sup.-5 mol/cm.sup.3 and acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber having a carboxyl group is contained, and an inner polyamide resin layer which is laminated on the inside face of the outer rubber layer and bonded thereon by heat treatment. Since the polyamide resin powder is melted by the heat treatment and the polysulfide bonding decomposes so that the resultant residue after decomposition combines with polyamide molecules, resulting in a direct and strong bonding of the outer rubber layer and the inner polyamide resin layer. Moreover, since the special acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber is mixed therein, it is possible to set up the heat treatment condition at a rather mild one.

    摘要: A fuel hose comprising an outer rubber layer wherein polysulfide is crosslinked so that polysulfide bonding density is not less than 4.times.10.sup.-5 mol/cm.sup.3 and phenol based resin is contained, and an inner polyamide resin layer which is laminated on the inside face of the outer rubber layer and bonded thereon by heat treatment. Since the polyamide resin powder is melted by the heat treatment and the polysulfide bonding decomposes so that the resultant residue after decomposition combines with polyamide molecules, resulting in a direct and strong bonding of the outer rubber layer and the inner polyamide resin layer. Moreover, since the phenol based resin is mixed therein, it is possible to set up the heat treatment condition at a rather mild one.
