Abstract:
A mobile beach storage pole includes a cup holder attached to the upper section of the pole and a storage basket attached to the middle section of the pole. The cup holder may be formed to include a cavity for receiving ice or an insulator material to keep the beverage in the cup holder cold. The basket attached to the middle section of the pole is preferably rectangular in shape and may include a lid which may be lockable to secure personal items. The lower section of the pole is tapered to facilitate insertion of the pole into the ground. A solar battery is attached to the upper section of the pole and is used to power or charge a light or an electronic device. A hook is provided to provide additional storage capacity for items such as towels, apparel or other items.
Abstract:
The present invention is based, in part, on the identification of novel human anti-PD-1, PD-L1, and PD-L2 antibodies. Accordingly, the invention relates to compositions and methods for diagnosing, prognosing, and treating conditions that would benefit from modulating PD-1, PD-L1, and/or PD-L2 activity (e.g., persistent infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, asthma, transplant rejection, inflammatory disorders and tumors) using the novel human anti-PD-1, PD-L1, and PD-L2 antibodies described herein.

Abstract:
Systems and methods for providing traders with an opportunity to trade on the VWAP price are provided. After a trader enters a VWAP auction session, the trader has a predetermined about of time (i.e., the length of the VWAP auction period) to place bids and/or offers on an item. When the VWAP auction period ends, the electronic trading application matches the VWAP orders. The VWAP orders that are not matched are cancelled. The electronic trading application collects trading information (e.g., price, size, etc.) corresponding to the received orders. The collected information is processed to determine the VWAP price. The VWAP price is presented to the trader and the matched VWAP orders are filled based on the determined VWAP price.

Abstract:
The present invention is systems and methods for matching desired purchases and sales of mis-matched items. These systems and methods compare the requirements of potential buyers and sellers of items against those of sets of other potential buyers and sellers of items to construct transaction sets that will enable an optimal transaction or set of transactions for the parties involved. The present invention may be used to match purchases and sales of any items, such as goods, services, financial instruments, and property interests (e.g., ownership interests in real property, possessory interests in personal property, etc.).
Abstract:
An improved digital phase locked loop (DPLL) has a fixed bandwidth independent of manufacturing and environmental variations. The DPLL bandwidth is optimized by monitoring the delay propagation, i.e., the "silicon speed", of the module. This information is used by a bandwidth regulator to control the characteristics of the low pass filter in the phase locked loop. The digital phase locked loop is also programmable to allow the user to control the phase shifting of the retiming clock. A phase shift control for a second, slave controlled oscillator is used to retime the received data. This phase shift control allows the user to control the phase shifting of a retiming latch.
Abstract:
A combination tree support and feeder stake is provided for use in groups to simultaneously support and nourish transplanted trees. Each said stake includes a tapered and reinforced body portion formed from plastic with an anchoring unit to be attached to a transplanted tree and a hollow core to receive fertilizer which escapes through holes providing communication between the hollow core and the ground.
