    摘要: The present invention provides a vehicle transmission having excellent sliding properties over the entire speed range of engines from a low speed range to a high speed range. The present invention is a vehicle transmission oil seal comprising: an elastic member with a seal lip portion having at least a main lip portion, wherein the elastic member is formed of a composition containing a fluororubber and a fluororesin and has projecting portions at least on a surface of the main lip portion, the projecting portions being substantially formed of the fluororesin contained in the composition, the fluororesin is a copolymer including a polymerization unit derived from ethylene and a polymerization unit derived from tetrafluoroethylene, and the fluororubber is a polymer including a polymerization unit derived from vinylidene fluoride.

The fluorine-containing ethylenic polymer (a), the at least partially crosslinked fluororubber (b) and a weight ratio of the fluororesin (A) to the crosslinked fluororubber (B) are as defined herein. A fuel permeation coefficient and a tensile modulus of elasticity of a molded article including the thermoplastic polymer composition is not more than 20 g·mm/m2·day and is not more than 400 MPa. The fuel hose further includes a layer including at least one crosslinked rubber.

    摘要: In a scroll compressor, a thrust ring is mounted between a movable-side flat plate part of a movable scroll and a housing. An upper surface of the thrust ring slides relative to a lower surface of the movable-side flat plate part and supports a thrust load from the movable scroll. A resinous coating is formed on the upper surface of the thrust ring which slides relative to the movable-side flat plate part. The resinous coating is composed primarily of fluorocarbon resin and polyamide-imide resin. The component percentage of the polyamide-imide resin in the primary component of the resinous coating is set, such that it is not less than 65% by mass nor more than 85% by mass.

    摘要: In a scroll compressor, a thrust ring is mounted between a movable-side flat plate part of a movable scroll and a housing. An upper surface of the thrust ring slides relative to a lower surface of the movable-side flat plate part and supports a thrust load from the movable scroll. A resinous coating is formed on the upper surface of the thrust ring which slides relative to the movable-side flat plate part. The resinous coating is composed primarily of fluorocarbon resin and polyamide-imide resin. The component percentage of the polyamide-imide resin in the primary component of the resinous coating is set, such that it is not less than 65% by mass nor more than 85% by mass.

The crosslinkable fluorine-containing rubber composition comprises a fluorine-containing rubber (A) comprising vinylidene fluoride unit, a fluorine-containing resin (B) and a polyol crosslinking agent (C),wherein the fluorine-containing rubber (A) and the fluorine-containing resin (B) are kneaded at a temperature of not less than a temperature being lower by 5° C. than the melting point of the fluorine-containing resin (B).
