摘要： An overspeed governor including a governor sheave, a permanent magnet rotor coupled to the governor sheave, a stator arranged to interact with the permanent magnet rotor, a safety gear for braking movement of an elevator car and a safety rope fixed to the safety gear and arranged to run via the governor sheave. The stator includes a winding adapted to exert, when energized, to the permanent magnet rotor a braking force that brakes movement of the permanent magnet rotor and, consequently, movement of the governor sheave and the safety rope, thereby activating the safety gear.

摘要： An adjustable brake controller of an elevator brake including a DC bus, first terminals for connecting the brake controller to a first magnetizing coil, second terminals for connecting the brake controller to a second magnetizing coil, a first controllable power switch coupled between the first terminals and the DC bus, the first controllable power switch being configured to supply electric power from the DC bus to the first magnetic coil responsive to a first control signal, a second controllable power switch coupled between the second terminals and the DC bus, the second controllable power switch being configured to supply electric power from the DC bus to the second magnetizing coil responsive to a second control signal, and a controller configured to generate the first and the second control signals for controlling the first and second power switches, respectively, with a brake open mode and a brake holding mode.

摘要： The invention concerns an overspeed governor and an elevator comprising the same. The overspeed governor comprises a governor sheave, a permanent magnet rotor coupled to the governor sheave, a stator arranged to interact with the permanent magnet rotor, a safety gear for braking movement of an elevator car and a safety rope fixed to the safety gear and arranged to run via the governor sheave. Said stator includes a winding adapted to exert, when energized, to the permanent magnet rotor a braking force that brakes movement of the permanent magnet rotor and, consequently, movement of the governor sheave and the safety rope, thereby activating the safety gear.

摘要： An axial flux motor intended for fixing to a machine comprises a stator stack as well as a rotor installed to rotate with respect to the stator stack, which rotor determines the axis of rotation. The stator stack comprises sectional slots on the side intersecting the axis of rotation, preferably the sectional slots include radial sectional slots or are radial sectional slots and/or there are 6-12 of them. Into each respective sectional slot a fixing part can be installed, which at least in the direction of the axis of rotation shape-locks into the sectional slot in question. The axial flux motor can be fixed to the machine by fixing at least some of the fixing parts to the machine.The patent application includes a parallel claim for a method for fixing an axial flux motor to a machine.
