摘要： A portable exercise kit. The kit includes a bench that is comprised of a plurality of sections which are hingedly connected together. Each section includes a frame portion, cross members, and legs hingedly connected thereto. The bench further includes eyelets that extend outwardly from the frame portions of the sections. The sections and legs collapse together and expand apart to move the bench between a storage configuration and an expanded configuration. The kit further includes padded members, elastic members, and handles which enable an individual to manipulate the elastic members. The elastic members can be affixed to the eyelets as desired to provide various levels of resistance exercise and aid a user in performing stretching maneuvers.

摘要： The present technology relates to methodology for making laminated ball bats. The disclosed technology provides for a bat that is designed with a generic bat shape (such as a bat consisting of a handle and a barrel where the handle has a smaller diameter than the barrel) that offers greater flexibility in changing the bat's weight distribution. Using lamination technology, various portions of a bat may be constructed having different densities (and associated weights) thereby decoupling such bat's length/weight properties. Such technology provides a method of positioning a bat's CM at various locations along the bat thereby changing the location of the bat's sweet spot zone center. Bats constructed in accordance with the disclosed technology may have a variety of pre-selected weight distributions while maintaining a particular bat shape and a particular overall bat weight.

The band-pass sigma-delta converter (100) includes a comparator (106) coupled to an adder-filter (101) for making a comparison between a predetermined reference level (110) and an intermediate signal (125), and for generating a comparison result signal (114) responsive to the comparison. A storage element (108) is used for storing the comparison result signal (114) for a predetermined delay period, thereby producing a clocked output signal (118). The adder-filter (101) is coupled to an analog signal (103) and to the clocked output signal (118) for subtracting the clocked output signal (118) from the analog signal (103) to produce a difference signal (120) that is filtered by a commutating filter (400) for generating the intermediate signal (125) responsive to the difference signal (120).
