    摘要: A touch panel includes a substrate, a touch-sensing circuit, a plurality of sensing signal transmission wires, a capacitance compensation conductor, and a sensing signal readout circuit. The touch-sensing circuit is disposed on the substrate. The sensing signal transmission wires are disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the touch-sensing circuit. The capacitance compensation conductor is disposed over the sensing signal transmission wires. Capacitance of each sensing signal transmission wire is C1, and coupling capacitance between each sensing signal transmission wire and the capacitance compensation conductor is C2. The sensing signal readout circuit is electrically connected to the sensing signal transmission wires. In each sensing signal transmission wire, variation of summation of C1 and C2 is less than a readout resolution of the sensing signal readout circuit. Another touch panel using an electrostatic discharge conductor to adjust varied capacitances of sensing signal transmission wires is also provided.

Each digital sensing circuit comprises a current-to-voltage converter and a sensing block circuit. Therefore, the present invention provides a complete digital sensing mechanism of an organic memory IC, which is practicable and suitable for mass-production.

    摘要: A bit cell of an organic memory is provided. The bit cell of the organic memory comprises an organic memory cell, a first transistor, a current mirror and a second transistor. To connect the organic memory cell to a data line, the first transistor is activated for reading and the second transistor is activated for writing. Furthermore, the first transistor has a greater size than the second transistor. Therefore, a fast processing time in writing and a large conduction current in reading are catered for. In addition, the current mirror amplifies the conduction current in reading and increases the capacity for resisting the interference by adjacent bit cell.

    摘要: A touch display panel includes a display panel and a touch sensing unit. The touch sensing unit includes first sensing series, and second sensing series. Each of the first sensing series includes a plurality of first transparent sensing pads disposed along a first direction, and a plurality of non-transparent bridge lines disposed along the first direction. Each of the non-transparent bridge lines is disposed between two adjacent first transparent sensing pads, overlapping with two adjacent first transparent sensing pads, and electrically connected to two adjacent first transparent sensing pads. The line width of each non-transparent bridge line is substantially between 0.5 micrometers and 10 micrometers, and the reduction of aperture ratio in a pixel region of the touch display panel caused by the non-transparent bridge lines is substantially between 0.1% and 5%.

    摘要: A method for driving an organic light emitting display (OLED) panel having a plurality of organic light emitting diodes is provided. The organic light emitting diodes are coupled to a plurality of segment lines and a plurality of common lines in a matrix structure. The organic light emitting diodes coupled to the same common lines are divided into a plurality of groups according to colors of the OLED panel. Driving currents are provided to the organic light emitting diodes of the groups according to a plurality of pulse width modulation (PWM) manners. The PWM manners generate waveforms having pulse width corresponding to grayscale in a period, wherein each PWM manner corresponds to different colors of the OLED panel.
