    摘要: The present invention provides a power gear-shifting transmission and an engineering machinery. The power gear-shifting transmission comprises a clutch shaft assembly (1). The clutch shaft assembly (1) comprises a clutch shaft (11), a housing gear (12) arranged on the clutch shaft (11), a clutch disc (13) arranged within the housing gear (12), and a gear-shifting piston (14) arranged at one end of the clutch disc (13). The gear-shifting piston (14) is pushed by a clear hydraulic medium introduced via a fluid supply passage (3); the clean hydraulic medium is supplied by a hydraulic system (2). The engineering machinery comprises the power gear-shifting transmission.

    摘要: A hydraulic oil cylinder has a buffer sleeve (4), a rodless cavity sealing end face (1-2) and at least one throttle oil channel (3-1). The buffer sleeve (4) is sleeved on an additional section (3a) of a piston rod in the rodless cavity (2-2) and axially slidable along the additional section (3a) of the piston rod. The rodless cavity sealing end face (1-2) is provided in an oil cylinder cavity between a rodless cavity oil passing hole (1-1) and the termination of the rodless cavity end face of the piston for the retraction process of the piston rod (3), and enables to block the buffer sleeve (4) and attach to the first end surface (4-1) of the buffer sleeve thereby forming a sealing surface.

    摘要: A concrete pumping structure and a control method thereof are disclosed. The concrete pumping structure includes a first pumping cylinder structure and a second pumping cylinder structure. Each pumping cylinder structure includes a delivery cylinder (1), a water tank (3) and a driving oil cylinder (7). The delivery cylinder (1) has a concrete piston assembly (2) inside, and during the pumping process, a piston rod (6) of the driving oil cylinder (7) drives the concrete piston assembly (2) to reciprocate in the delivery cylinder (1), and the water tank (3) is positioned between the delivery cylinder (1) and the driving oil cylinder (7). The concrete pumping structure also includes a concrete return hydraulic system, which controls the two driving oil cylinders (7) and drives the two concrete piston assemblies (2) to return back to the water tank (3) during returning the concrete.

    摘要: A power gear-shifting transmission and an engineering machinery are disclosed. The power gear-shifting transmission comprises a clutch shaft assembly (1). The clutch shaft assembly (1) comprises a clutch shaft (11), a housing gear (12) arranged on the clutch shaft (11), a clutch disc (13) arranged within the housing gear (12), and a gear-shifting piston (14) arranged at one end of the clutch disc (13). The gear-shifting piston (14) is pushed by a clear hydraulic medium introduced via a fluid supply passage (3); the clean hydraulic medium is supplied by a hydraulic system (2). The engineering machinery comprises the power gear-shifting transmission. Because the power gear-shifting transmission and the engineering machinery employ the hydraulic system (2) to supply the clear hydraulic medium at stable pressure to the gear-shifting piston (14), the shortcomings in the prior art of unclear gear-shifting oil, unstable pressure, bubble content, and air-absorbing tendency are solved, while the advantages of stable gear-shifting and extended service life are provided.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method and device for suppressing vibration of boom of concrete pump truck, in which the boom cylinder is connected with the vibration suppression cylinder; the information about hydraulic pressure in the boom cylinder and/or about changing of concrete pumping direction is monitored by a pressure sensing unit in real time; the monitored information about hydraulic pressure and/or about changing of concrete pumping direction is transmitted to the control unit for vibration suppression cylinder; the control unit for vibration suppression cylinder analyzes and processes the monitored information and adjusts the volumes of the rod side chamber and the non-rod side chamber in the vibration suppression cylinder such that the vibration suppression cylinder may generate a pulsed vibration and the pulsed vibration at the end of the boom is less than or equal to the vibration amplitude caused by the intermittent concrete supply at the end of the boom in amplitude, with a phase difference of 180° between the two vibrations. The vibration suppression method and device for boom of concrete pump truck according to the present invention may be simply configured, easily implemented and operated to effectively suppress the boom vibration.
