    摘要: Provided is a compound of the formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or stereoisomer thereof: wherein Ar represents R5, R6, R7, R8, R1′, R2′, R3′, R4′, R5′, R6′, R7′, R8′ independently represent H, OH, F, Cl, Br, C1 to C6 alkyl group, C1 to C6 alkoxy group, C2 to C6 alkenyl group, C2 to C6 alkenoxy group, C2 to C6 alkynyl group, C2 to C6 alkynoxy group, amine group, mono- or di-substituted amino group, cyclic C1 to C5 alkylamino group, imidazolyl group, morpholino group, piperazinyl group, optionally substituted with one or more hydroxy or halo; and X represents NH, O or S. The present invention also provides a composition comprising the compound of formula I. The compound and the composition in accordance with the present invention are effective on treating or alleviating a disease or disorder, such as malignant glioma.

    摘要: New pharmaceutical compositions extracted from Ferula assa-foetida are confirmed to effectively treat influenza A (H1N1) virus. The extraction method of the new pharmaceutical compositions mainly includes steps of (a) extracting F. assa-foetida with methanol to obtain a crude extract; (b) fractioning the crude extract with n-hexane-methanol to obtain a methanol extract; (c) fractioning the methanol extract with chloroform-water to obtain a chloroform extract; and (d) chromatographing the chloroform extract to obtain the pharmaceutical compositions, which can be further fractioned and chromatographed to obtain various sesquiterpene coumarins.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method for preparing an n-hexane extract of the fruiting body of Antrodia cinnamomea (AC), wherein the fruiting body of AC is sequentially extracted with the ethanol solution and the n-hexane solution to obtain the n-hexane extract containing at least one benzenoid compound. The amounts of 4,7-dimethoxy-5-(3-methylbut-3-en-1-ynyl)-6-methyl-1,3-benzodioxole, 4,7-dimethoxy-5-methyl-1,3-benzodioxole, antrocamphine A and the combination thereof in the at least one benzenoid compound are determined using chromatography, NMR and HPLC. In addition, the present invention is applicable on detecting the amounts of benzenoid compounds in the AC healthcare food/drug or the fruiting body of AC, and thus owns the industrial values.

    摘要: A preparation method for an ethanol extract of the fruiting body of Antrodia camphorata (EEAC) is provided. The preparation method includes steps of: (a) providing the fruiting body of A. camphorata (AC); (b) extracting the fruiting bodies with a first ethanol solution; and (c) obtaining EEAC. EEAC further can be sequentially extracted or fractioned by n-hexane, ethyl acetate and ethanol, and an n-hexane fraction (FC), an ethyl acetate fraction (FA) and an ethanol fraction (FB) respectively are generated. The growth inhibition and apoptosis induction of leukemia cell line HL 60 are effectively mediated by FA product, in which zhankuic acid A is the bioactive marker. The amount of triterpenoid in the fruiting body of AC can be determined by NMR and HPLC analysis.

    摘要: An optimal preparation and analytic method for the extraction of Antrodia cinnamomea is disclosed. The important parameters for the extraction efficiency of the extract are analyzed using mathematic and statistical experimental designs, and the extract of A. cinnamomea and its particular triterpenoid compounds are quantified and identified using the quantitative NMR and HPLC-tandem MS. Whether the ergostane and lanostane triterpenoid compounds are contained in one drug, health food or other products and the total amounts and individual amounts therein can be analyzed, determined or quantified using the techniques disclosed herein.
