The print image of the intermediate, part or end product produced on a digital printing press is scanned at least after a predetermined production step in order to subsequently compare the scanned print image with stored product data. Based on the comparison, the check of the previous processing steps and/or the calculation of the subsequent control actions for the order allocated to the intermediate, part or end product and the control actions by the production device are carried out.

For this purpose, the code region is covered by a viewing safeguard in such a manner that the viewing safeguard can only be irreparably removed.

摘要: A method for producing printing formes, which serve for the printing of a substrate web with a seamless or transitionless, endless or format-variable print image in offset print, is disclosed. For each printing color of the print image to be printed, a total separation of the respective printing color is divided over at least two printing formes so that with a first printing forme a first part separation of the total separation and with a second printing forme a second part separation of the total separation can be printed onto the substrate web. The substrate web in first portions can be exclusively printed by the first part separation and in second portions can be exclusively printed by the second part separation. The substrate web in third portions can be printed by the first part separation and by the second part separation in an overlapping or overlaying manner.

摘要: A folding roller for use in a folding device for folding a fold is disclosed. At the folding device a substrate to be folded is pushed into an inlet roller nip of folding rollers rotating in opposite directions by a folding knife for forming a fold. The folded-away substrate is transferred from the folding rollers to a belt line guided about the folding rollers and consisting of transport belts for the purpose of onward transporting the folded product. 摘要: A method for printing on a substrate is disclosed. In an embodiment of the method, the method includes printing a small print control mark of a printed color in a print zone of the substrate and printing a large print control mark of the printed color in the print zone of the substrate. A measurement value of the small print control mark and a measurement value of the large print control mark is detected by a sensor. A deviation between the measurement value of the small print control mark and the measurement value of the large print control mark is determined and an actual value of a print parameter of the printed color is corrected based on the deviation.
