    摘要: The invention relates to a radiation-curable radiopaque dental composition comprising a resin matrix comprising cross-linkable component(s) as Component A, ethylenically unsaturated component(s) with acidic moiety as Component B, an initiator system comprising photoinitiator(s) as Component C, reducing agent(s) as Component D, Component A containing at least two (meth)acrylate moieties and a brominated aromatic moiety selected from brominated resorcinol, catechol, tyrosol, benzoic acid, or phenol moieties. The composition can be used for producing an x-ray visible dental adhesive composition, restoration primer or dental sealant.

    摘要: The invention relates to a dental composition comprising polymerizable monomer (1), initiator component(s), filler component(s) in an amount of more than about 20 wt.-%, wt.-% with respect to the whole weight of the composition, the polymerizable monomer (1) being characterized as follows: having exactly two (meth)acrylate reactive moieties, having an unsymmetrical backbone as linkage between the (meth)acrylate reactive moieties, the two (meth)acrylate reactive moieties being attached onto the unsymmetrical monomer backbone as alkyl esters, the unsymmetrical backbone comprising one aromatic moiety of the phenolic type, the polymerizable monomer (1) not containing an acidic moiety, other atoms than carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, bisphenol moieties. The invention also relates to the use of the dental composition as or for producing a dental filling material, crown and bridge material, inlay, onlay, veneer or dental mill blank.

The invention further relates to a process of producing a dental milling block, the process comprising the steps of: •a) providing a personalized Data Set C containing geometry data of the dental article and colour data related to said geometry data, •b) generating a layer of hardenable material on a surface, •c) applying a colour agent to the layer of hardenable material of step b), wherein the colour agent is applied to at least some regions of those areas of the layer of hardenable material which are related to the geometry data of the dental article, •d) consolidating the result obtained in step c) thereby obtaining an at least partially hardened layer of material.
