摘要: The invention relates to a dental cement composition comprising a resin matrix comprising a (meth)acrylate component comprising at least two (meth)acrylate moieties, a polyol spacer group between the at least two (meth)acrylate moieties, the polyols spacer group having a molecular weight Mw of at least 3,000 g/mol, an acidic polymerizable component, preferably an acidic (meth)acrylate component, a non-acidic polymerizable component having a molecular weight Mw below 1,000 g/mol, preferably a non-acidic (meth)acrylate component, filler, an initiator system, optionally additives. The invention also relates to a kit of parts comprising the dental cement composition, a dental crown or a curable dental composition for producing a temporary dental restoration being different from the dental cement composition. The dental cement composition is intended for use in a process of temporarily restoring a dental situation in a mouth of a patient.

(a) providing a curable composition comprising:
(i) a filler comprising glassflakes having a diameter D3,99 as determined by light scattering in the range of from 5 to 150 μm; and
(ii) one or more curable compounds;
(b) controlling an apparatus to form an object by using the curable composition, whereby the curable composition passes a discharge orifice having a minimum diameter Φmin,
wherein the ratio of the minimum diameter of the discharge orifice to the diameter D3,99 of the glassflakes (Φmin/D3,99) is in the range of 2 to less than 10; and wherein the median diameter D3,50 of the glassflakes is larger than the thickness of the glassflakes.-

摘要: A dental material having at least one copolymer obtained by (I) copolymerizing one or more monomers MG having a polymerizable (meth)acrylate group, one or more OH group-containing (meth)acrylates MF, one or more strongly acidic adhesive monomers MH and optionally of one or more polymerizable carboxylic acid monomers MCS, (II) reacting the resulting copolymer A0 in a polymer-analogous reaction with a functionalized, radically polymerizable monomer MP, which reacts with the OH groups of the monomer MF in the polymer chain of A0 to form a copolymer AP having pendant polymerizable groups, and (III) neutralizing the copolymer Ap with a base. The material is particularly suitable as a dental adhesive.
