Abstract: Facilitating pre-positioning of streaming content onto communication devices is provided herein. A system can comprise a processor and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations. The operations can comprise facilitating an identification of a first multimedia content stream and a second multimedia content stream. The identification can be based on a usage preference of a defined entity associated with a communication device. The operations can also comprise, in response to a determination that an available network satisfies a defined network criterion, facilitating pre-positioning, at a data store of the communication device, the first multimedia content stream and the second multimedia content stream.

Abstract: Machine learning on user equipment candidate locations provides more accurate location estimation in timing-based location estimation. For instance, timing signals from a user equipment are collected, and adjusted using calibration data, previously known for pairs of fixed-located cells. The adjusted timing data are processed into a location candidate dataset. The location candidate data set is iteratively processed using machine learning technology to eliminate candidate locations until an estimated location is determinable. The location estimation via the described technology is significantly more accurate than other timing-based methods.

Abstract: In one example, a first plurality of health scores and a second plurality of health cores are calculated. The first plurality of health scores quantifies the health of a plurality of nodes in a telecommunication service provider network, where the plurality of nodes represents connectivity points in the network. The second plurality of health scores quantifies the health of a plurality of links connecting the plurality of nodes. A priority score is calculated that quantifies an importance of a traffic demand. A route over the plurality of nodes and the plurality of links is generated, based at least in part on the first plurality of health scores, the second plurality of health scores, and the priority score. The route delivers the traffic demand from a source to a destination in a manner that meets a need of the traffic demand without exceeding the need by more than the threshold.

Abstract: A processing system may obtain a request for a new assignment for field technician work associated with a customer premises of a telecommunication network and generate a hypothetical schedule for a future date for field technicians from a set of scheduled assignments in accordance with first optimization factors, the hypothetical schedule including bundles of scheduled assignments for field technician work, each bundle including scheduled assignments for an individual field technician for the future date. The processing system may then determine opportunity windows for scheduling the new assignment comprising time blocks for which individual field technicians are not scheduled to work one of the scheduled assignments in a respective bundle in accordance with the hypothetical schedule, rank the opportunity windows in accordance with second optimization factors, and provide to a customer associated with the customer premises, an offer of an opportunity window, the offer including a rank of the opportunity window.
