Abstract: A display device includes a light emitting unit, first and second capacitors, and first and second switches. The light emitting unit emits light according to a voltage level of a first node. A first terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to the first node, and a second terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to a second node. A first terminal of the second capacitor is coupled to the second node, and a second terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to the light emitting unit. A first terminal of the first switch is coupled to the first node, and a second terminal of the first switch is coupled to the light emitting unit. The second switch is configured to be turned on before the first switch is turned on, and a first terminal of the second switch is coupled to the first node.

Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) display apparatus includes first to third data lines, gate lines, a first color sub-pixel unit and second color sub-pixel units. The gate lines include (N−1)th, Nth and (N+1)th gate lines. The first color sub-pixel unit includes a first color LED electrically coupled to the first data line and the (N−1)th and Nth gate lines. When the (N−1)th or Nth gate line is enabled, the first color LED is turned on. The second color sub-pixel unit is electrically connected to the second data line, and includes a second color LED. The second color sub-pixel units are electrically coupled to the gate lines, respectively. When each gate line is enabled, the corresponding second color LED is turned on. A light emitting area of the first color sub-pixel unit is greater than a light emitting area of each second color sub-pixel unit.

Abstract: A gate driving circuit includes a plurality of shift register circuits, where the shift register circuits are configured to drive a plurality of pixel rows. The gate driving circuit may be operated in a first mode and a second mode. When the gate driving circuit is operated in the first mode, the gate driving circuit is configured to drive, in a single frame, all pixel rows to be displayed. Abstract: A display apparatus and a driving method of a display panel thereof are disclosed. The display apparatus includes the display panel and a common voltage setting circuit. The display panel has a plurality of pixels and a plurality of common electrode lines and receives a plurality of pixel voltages. Each of the pixels is coupled to the corresponding common electrode line and receives the corresponding pixel voltage. The common voltage setting circuit is coupled to the common electrode lines. A common voltage having a normal voltage level is supplied to the common electrode lines during a first frame period. The common voltage having a complementary high voltage level or a complementary low voltage level is supplied to the common electrode lines during a second frame period. Each of the pixels receives the same pixel voltage during the first frame period and the second frame period.

In the first sub-pixel, a first distance exists between the first common line and a neighboring scan line along a second direction. In the second sub-pixel, a second distance exists between the second common line and a neighboring scan line along the second direction, and the first distance is not equal to the second distance. The black matrix has a plurality of holes, including a first hole and a second hole. The first hole exposes the first sub-pixel and the first common line located in the first region. The second hole exposes the second sub-pixel and the second common line located in the second region.

Abstract: A display device including backlight module, light valve groups such as display pixels disposed on the backlight module is provided, and the light valve group includes sub pixels. The backlight module includes light emitting arrays, and the light emitting array includes light emitting areas disposed along a first direction. The position of every light emitting arrays is corresponded to the position of one of the light valve groups, and the sub pixels of the light valve group are disposed along a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are not parallel. When the light emitting areas of the light emitting array is emitting light, the illuminating light of every light emitting areas can illuminate multiple sub pixels. A driving method of the display device is also provided.

Abstract: A method for fabricating an array substrate is provided. A gate insulation layer, first and second gates and a first interlayered insulation layer are formed on first and second active layers in order. A photolithography and etching process is performed by using a photo mask to form first to fourth contact holes in the gate insulation layer and the first interlayered insulation layer. First and second sources and first and second drains which are respectively connected to the first and second active layers through the first to fourth contact holes are formed. A second interlayered insulation layer is formed. Another photolithography and etching process is performed by using said photo mask to form first to third openings and a via hole in the second interlayered insulation layer, wherein along a normal direction, the third opening and the first contact hole are overlapped, the via hole and the second contact hole are overlapped, the first opening and the third contact hole are overlapped, and the second opening and the fourth contact hole are overlapped.
