摘要： Provided is a twist-cut unsealing mechanism in which an operator can surely sense the fact that twist-cutting of a seal member has completed in assembling of spout and cap of such a type that a container is unsealed by twisting and cutting a seal member for the liquid passage of a spout by means of a cap. A twist-cut unsealing mechanism includes both-side protrusions arranged along a virtual circle rounding around the center line of rotation and an abutment protrusion movable relatively to the both-side protrusions along the virtual circle, and is configured so that one of the both-side protrusion and the abutment protrusion for indicating completion of twist-cut is fixed to a spout (2) and the other protrusion is fixed to a cap (3), the both-side protrusion has a sliding surface of gentle slope and a stopper surface of steep slope wherein projection heights of both surfaces are substantially same in the radial direction and both surface are adjacent to each other along a circle, the abutment protrusion can abut against the sliding surface and the stopper surface, and at a position where the abutment protrusion passed the sliding surface in the rotational direction, the relative rotation positions of the spout (2) and the cap (3) is set above the twist-cut completion position of a seal member (15) and within detachment allowance positional range where the detachment of the cap (3) is permitted.

摘要： Provided is a container 1 for inspection which stores and pours out contents therein, and the container is provided with a container main body 2 having a mouth portion 22 formed thereon, a cover portion 3 attached to the mouth portion 22 to seal the container main body 2, and an opening cap 4 attached to the cover portion 3. The cover portion 3 has a closing wall 34 for closing the mouth portion 22, and the opening cap 4 is provided with an pouring outlet 421, and a cutting portion 431 for cutting the closing wall 34. When the opening cap 4 is attached to the cover portion 3, the cutting section 431 cuts the closing wall 34 to enable pouring out the contents.Thus, in the provided container 1 for inspection, sealing properties of the container main body 2 are ensured by the cover portion 3, and the closing wall 34 of the cover portion 3 is cut by the opening cap 4 attached to the cover portion 3 without removing the cover portion 3, whereby the contents can be poured out.

摘要： In a delivery apparatus in a machine for preparing hollow vessels by delivering mandrels supporting thereon preforms and vessels through a preform-heating zone and a draw-blow-forming zone, the downward movement of a mandrel-clamping mechanism is utilized for insertion of a preform into the mandrel and the rising movement of the clamping mechanism is utilized for withdrawal of a formed vessel. By this arrangement, insertion and fixation of preforms into mandrels and withdrawal of formed vessels from mandrels can be performed continuously, assuredly and smoothly in one apparatus while saving the waste in the blow-forming operation. If the operation of reversing the clamping mechanism is added, any particular device need not be disposed for reversing preforms.

摘要： A machine tool is provided with an exchange arm for automatically exchanging tools between a tool spindle and a tool magazine. A drive key and a detent pin protrude respectively from the tool spindle and each of the tool storage portions of the magazine and are engageable, with a predetermined play, with a key-way of each tool. A fine indexing device has a rotatable cam drum on which a first cam segment is formed for indexing the tool spindle to a predetermined angular position following a coarse indexing operation by a coarse indexing device. A second cam segment is further formed on the cam drum to rotate the tool spindle more than the play from said predetermined angular position after a fresh tool is inserted into the spindle, so that a positive engagement between the drive key and the key-way of the tool can be achieved.

On the other hand, when the tool to be used next, and the used tool, are both tools utilized for light cutting, the tool change operation is performed without operation of the indexing device.
