摘要: A pouring member includes an unsealing cap and at least two rotation prevention sections extending vertically and downwardly from an end surface of an open end side of the unsealing cap and is arranged such that the at least two rotation prevention sections are apart from one another by an angle which is larger than a rotation angle required for twisting off the sealing part, and symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the unsealing cap. A recess is formed such that the recess opens to a front end side of the rotation prevention section, and an engagement projection engages the recess in a direction substantially parallel with a direction in which the rotation prevention sections are extended vertically and downwardly, and is formed at a specific position of the flange part of the pouring member.

摘要: Two or more rotation prevention sections 3d are extended vertically and downwardly and symmetrically with respect to the central axis from the end surface on the open end side of an unsealing cap 3, and, at substantially the center of the width direction of each rotation prevention section 3d, a recess 3e is formed such that it opens to the front end side of the rotation prevention section, and an engagement projection 2b which is engaged with said recess 3e in a direction almost parallel with the direction in which said rotation prevention sections 3d are extended vertically and downwardly is formed at a specific position of a flange part 2c provided in a boundary between a base part 23 and a pouring cylindrical part 22 of said pouring member main body 2, whereby unnecessary rotation of the unsealing cap 3 can be prevented and a user can easily judge whether unsealing has been completed.

摘要: Provided is a twist-cut unsealing mechanism in which an operator can surely sense the fact that twist-cutting of a seal member has completed in assembling of spout and cap of such a type that a container is unsealed by twisting and cutting a seal member for the liquid passage of a spout by means of a cap. A twist-cut unsealing mechanism includes both-side protrusions arranged along a virtual circle rounding around the center line of rotation and an abutment protrusion movable relatively to the both-side protrusions along the virtual circle, and is configured so that one of the both-side protrusion and the abutment protrusion for indicating completion of twist-cut is fixed to a spout (2) and the other protrusion is fixed to a cap (3), the both-side protrusion has a sliding surface of gentle slope and a stopper surface of steep slope wherein projection heights of both surfaces are substantially same in the radial direction and both surface are adjacent to each other along a circle, the abutment protrusion can abut against the sliding surface and the stopper surface, and at a position where the abutment protrusion passed the sliding surface in the rotational direction, the relative rotation positions of the spout (2) and the cap (3) is set above the twist-cut completion position of a seal member (15) and within detachment allowance positional range where the detachment of the cap (3) is permitted.

摘要: Provided is a twist-cut unsealing mechanism in which an operator can surely sense the fact that twist-cutting of a seal member has completed in assembling of spout and cap of such a type that a container is unsealed by twisting and cutting a seal member for the liquid passage of a spout by means of a cap. A twist-cut unsealing mechanism includes both-side protrusions arranged along a virtual circle rounding around the center line of rotation and an abutment protrusion movable relatively to the both-side protrusions along the virtual circle, and is configured so that one of the both-side protrusion and the abutment protrusion for indicating completion of twist-cut is fixed to a spout (2) and the other protrusion is fixed to a cap (3), the both-side protrusion has a sliding surface of gentle slope and a stopper surface of steep slope wherein projection heights of both surfaces are substantially same in the radial direction and both surface are adjacent to each other along a circle, the abutment protrusion can abut against the sliding surface and the stopper surface, and at a position where the abutment protrusion passed the sliding surface in the rotational direction, the relative rotation positions of the spout (2) and the cap (3) is set above the twist-cut completion position of a seal member (15) and within detachment allowance positional range where the detachment of the cap (3) is permitted.

摘要: A compound container which is comprised of a container main body 2 forming a first accommodation chamber 20 and an auxiliary container 3 forming a second accommodation chamber 30, wherein a mounting part 22 on which the auxiliary container 3 is mounted is provided in the container main body 2 and a cutting part 221 which cuts a second accommodation chamber partition wall 30a which partitions part of the second accommodation chamber 30 formed in the auxiliary container 3 is formed, and when the auxiliary container 3 is mounted on the container main body 2, the second accommodation chamber partition wall 30a is cut, whereby the first accommodation chamber 20 and the second accommodation chamber 30 are intercommunicated. As a result, if contents which are needed to be heat-treated are heated while keeping the state where the contents are sealed within the container, the contents which are sealed in a plurality of accommodation chambers formed in the container can be mixed while keeping the contents being isolated from the outside environment by effectively preventing the contents to be heated from leaking outside as well as by preventing deterioration of sealing performance.

摘要: A coating for polyolefin molding compositions comprises (1) (a) from 40-90% by weight of a chlorinated polyolefin grafted with a vinyl-polymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl group at a position 15 to 40 atoms distant from the main chain of vinyl polymer grafted onto the chlorinated polyolefin, or (b) from 50 to 90% by weight of a vinyl polymer obtained by polymerizing from 5 to 40% by weight of a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer having a carbon chain derived from an alcohol residue with from 6 to 18 carbon atoms, and a vinyl-polymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl group at a position 15 to 40 atoms distant from the vinyl group, wherein the vinyl polymerizable monomer is derived from the reaction product of a vinyl-polymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl group at a position 2 to 12 atoms distant from the vinyl group and a lactone, and (2) from 10 to 60 or 50% by weight of a melamine resin containing methylol, alkoxy or imino groups.
