    摘要: A process for purifying propylene homopolymers or copolymers which comprises:(i) polymerizing or copolymerizing propylene with other unsaturated hydrocarbon monomers in liquid propylene in the presence of a catalyst system consisting essentially of (a) an activated titanium trichloride obtained by reducing titanium tetrachloride with an organo-aluminum compound followed by activation and (b) an organo-aluminum compound;(ii) introducing the resulting polymer slurry into an upper portion of a counter-current washing tower to counter-currently contact the polymer slurry with a C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alcohol and liquid propylene, whereby said catalyst is deactivated and at the same time the propylene homopolymers or copolymers dissolved in the polymer slurry and the catalyst are removed by washing, wherein said alcohol is used in an amount 0.1 to 50 times by mole based on said organo-aluminum compound (b) and is supplied to the washing tower lower than the point of introduction of said polymer slurry, and said liquid propylene is supplied to a lower portion of the washing tower; and(iii) then after removing volatile monomers by flashing, contacting the powdery propylene homopolymers or copolymers with a gaseous epoxide at a temperature lower than melting point of said polymer or copolymer.

    摘要: In a process for producing a homopolymer or a copolymer of propylene comprising polymerizing propylene or copolymerizing propylene and at least one other unsaturated hydrocarbon monomer in liquid propylene using a catalyst system containing activated titanium trichloride (a) and an organoaluminum compound (b), the activated titanium trichloride (a) being prepared by reducing titanium tetrachloride with an organoaluminum compound followed by activation, to produce a polymer slurry; introducing the polymer slurry produced into the top of a counter-current washing tower; and washing the polymer slurry by counter-currently contacting the polymer slurry with liquid propylene introduced into the bottom of the washing tower, the improvement which comprises purifying the homopolymer or copolymer of propylene by feeding an epoxide in a molar amount of about 1 to about 15 times the molar amount of the total of activated titanium trichloride (a) and organoaluminum compound (b), to a part of said washing tower, thereby deactivating the catalyst and removing the catalyst residue and the homopolymer or copolymer of propylene dissolved in the polymer slurry.

    摘要: In a process for producing a propylene homopolymer or copolymer which comprises polymerizing propylene or copolymerizing propylene and at least one other unsaturated hydrocarbon monomer in liquid propylene using a catalyst comprising activated titanium trichloride and an organo-aluminum compound, the activated titanium trichloride being prepared by reducing titanium tetrachloride with an organo-aluminum compound followed by activation, introducing the polymer slurry produced into the top of a counter-current washing tower, and washing the slurry by bringing the slurry into counter-current contact with liquid propylene which is introduced into the bottom of the washing tower, the improvement which comprises refining the homopolymer or copolymer of propylene by feeding (a) an alcohol having 3 to 8 carbon atoms in a molar amount of about 0.1 to about 10 times the molar amount of the organo-aluminum compound in the slurry, or (b) a mixture of an alcohol having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and an epoxide, the molar amount of the alcohol being about 0.1 to about 10 times the molar amount of the organo-aluminum compound in the slurry and the molar amount of the epoxide compound being about 0.1 to about 3 times the molar amount of the organo-aluminum compound in the slurry, to a part of the washing tower, thereby simultaneously deactivating the catalyst and removing the catalyst and the propylene homopolymer or copolymer dissolved in the polymer slurry.

    摘要: A polymer slurry formed by polymerizing ethylene or propylene optionally with other olefin monomer copolymerizable therewith in a hydrocarbon solvent such as propylene, propane, butane, etc., is continuously or intermittently supplied to a filter having a filtering surface on which a slight quantity of polymer particles are retained. Most of the hydrocarbon solvent is recovered by passing through the filtering surface, and the polymer particles are overflown from the filter to recover as a wet cake. By the use of such a specific filter, the quantity of the solvent to be vaporized can be greatly reduced.

An FPC 1 is integrated with a sealing member 2, and a cover 3 is attached to a front end portion. On upper and lower surfaces of the FPC 1, reinforcing plates 12 each having a shape of a rectangular flat plate are arranged and adhered in an opposing manner interposing the FPC 1. The sealing member 2 is formed of elastic material such as rubber, and is fixedly attached to the FPC 1 such that the sealing member 2 covers the reinforcing plates 12 adhered to the upper and lower surfaces of the FPC 1 together with the FPC 1 located along front edges and rear edges of the reinforcing plates 12.

    摘要: A multiplier calculates a product S'(x)=S(x).multidot..lambda.(x) mod X.sup.d-1 of a syndrome polynomial S(x) generated by a syndrome generator and an erasure position polynomial .lambda.(x) generated by an erasure position polynomial generator, modulo X.sup.d-1. A constant multiplier sequentially multiplies coefficients of the polynomial S'(x) and the erasure position polynomial .lambda.(x) with a power of a primitive root .alpha. of a code. The power exponents in this multiplication are determined in units of coefficients. Every time this multiplication is executed, an adder sequentially adds predetermined combinations of products. A plurality of arithmetic and logic operations according to the numbers of correctable erasures and errors are sequentially executed using the sums. A divisor and dividend are selected in accordance with the number of erasures included in the code on the basis of the plurality of arithmetic and logic operation results. A division is executed using the selected divisor and dividend. A value at a position, discriminated to be an error position, of the code is corrected based on the division result, thus performing error correction including erasure correction with a simple circuit arrangement.
