    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a twisted polyester filament yarn having a high level of twist used for a woven or knitted crepe fabric.A method of this invention comprises imparting a high level of twist to a polyester filament yarn which has particular properties, and heat setting said twisted polyester filament yarn. The first of these properties which the polyester filament yarn has is that a boil-off shrinkage in boiling water is in the range of 0% to 5%. The second is that a thermal shrinkage stress at 140.degree. C. in hot air is more than 0.03 g/de. The third is that a ratio of a thermal shrinkage stress at 180.degree. C. in hot air to a thermal shrinkage stress at 140.degree. C. is more than 1.0.The polyester filament yarn which has above mentioned properties can be obtained by repeating heat treatment several times at a temperature from 160.degree. C. to 220.degree. C. in hot air, stretching the polyester filament yarn in a range of 2% to 10% and successively shrinking it in the same range, or by being subjected to heat treatment at a temperature from 160.degree. C. to 220.degree. C. in hot air, shrinking restrictively the polyester filament yarn in a range of 0% to 10% under the relaxed state.

    摘要: A high twist polyester multifilament yarn having a twist of a twist multiplier K within a range between 15,000 and 25,000, made from polyester filaments consisting essentially of a copolymer of two or more monomers selected from the group consisting of ethylene terephthalate, trimethylene terephthalate and tetramethylene terephthalate and/or a blend of two or more polymers of the respective monomers and having a breaking elongation of not more than 60% and a shrinkage in boiling water of not more than 6%. A woven or knitted crepe fabric obtained by employing such a high twist yarn has a desirable pebble configuration.

    摘要: Hollow water-absorbing polyester filaments each having a number of fine caves which are evenly distributed in at least a portion of the filament and through which the hollow is connected to the outside of the filament, are produced (1) by preparing hollow filaments from a blend of a principal polyester component and a cave-forming agent consisting of at least one member selected from:(i) copolyesters containing an additional divalent organic sulfonic acid compound moiety of the formula (II): ##STR1## wherein Z is a trivalent aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon radical, M.sup.1 is H or metal atom, R.sup.1 is an ester-forming organic radical and R.sup.2 is an H atom or ester-forming organic radical;(ii) phosphorus compounds of the formula (III): ##STR2## wherein R.sup.3 is a monovalent organic radical, X is --OR.sup.4, wherein R.sup.4 is an H atom or a monovalent organic radical, --OM.sup.3, wherein M.sup.3 is a metal atom, or a monovalent organic radical, M.sup.2 is a metal atom and m=0 or 1, and;(iii) aromatic carboxy-sulfonic acid compounds of the formula (IV): ##STR3## wherein Y is an H atom or ester-forming organic radical, M.sup.4 and M.sup.5 each are a metal atom, respectively, and n=1 or 2, and (2) by removing the at least a portion of cave-forming agent and a portion of the principal polyester component from the resultant hollow filaments so as to form numerous concaves on the peripheral and hollow surfaces, numerous pores in the body of the filament, and numerous channels through which the pores are connected to each other and to the concaves, the concaves and pores having a longitudinal size of 50 times or less the lateral size thereof, which is 0.01 to 3 microns.

    摘要: A conveyance device has a carriage drive for driving and propelling a pair of left and right carriage units which individually support left and right sides of an object to be conveyed. A pair of left and right screw shafts is pivotally supported in a rotatable manner along the movement path of the carriage units. Driven rollers are pivotally supported in a rotatable manner by the carriage units and engage with the screw shafts. A transmission connects the pair of left and right screw shafts through the outside of a conveyance path such that the left and right screw shafts are linked and coupled; and a single motor drives the pair of left and right screw shafts through the transmission means.
