    摘要: An ion flow recording apparatus performs recording making density modulation every pixel. When developing on a fine grain toner is to be performed using a liquid developer for an electrostatic latent image, a developing unit (developing roller) is disposed to face a direction of gravity. Namely, a control valve is provided on a pipe for application of a developer to the developing roller or on a joint portion between the pipe and a developer tank, developing units of different two colors are joined to their developer tank portions, and a rotary shaft is provided on the joint portion to be positioned at a point of symmetry to provide alternate use of the two developing units upon turning them. Therefore, developing for a plurality of colors can be simply performed, and such turning of the developing units enables prevention of the toner from deposition in the liquid developer during developing, thereby making it possible to perform a clear recording.

    摘要: A raster device such as a digital printer or the like which sequentially compares input image data with each element in a threshold matrix to convert the input image data into binary or multi-level pixel data. For providing both a higher resolution and a larger number of halftone levels for an output image at a low cost, an input image is decomposed into four color planes as CMYK data, and data on each color plane is compared with a dither matrix in a binarization circuit to be converted to binary data. The dither matrix generates a dither pattern composed of eight clusters having substantially the same shape as a kernel cluster capable of expressing 15 or more halftone levels. In this way, a smooth gradation having 120 or more halftone levels is realized by repetitively applying a small pattern having approximately 15 halftone levels.

A cutter 9 faces one of the openings of a magazine cell 2 so as to cut the protective film 5 of the magazine cell 2. Also, a pushrod 8 is provided in such a way as to face the other opening of the magazine cell 2 so as to push out the reaction vessel 3 placed inside the cell 2 through the other opening of the cell 2 that the cutter 9 faces. Thus, during removal of the reaction vessel 3 from the magazine cell 2, the antibody or antigen layer on the reaction vessel 3 can be prevented from being damaged.

    摘要: An electrophoresis device is disclosed that is capable of reducing waves occurring in a fluid in which the capillary tips of a capillary assay are immersed. A plurality of partition plate members can be provided in a container containing the fluid to divide the surface of the fluid into several sections. The container can be transported at a high speed, and the capillary tips can be immersed in the fluid quickly, thereby preventing resolution degradation caused by a long period of exposure of the capillary tips to air. Throughput of sample analysis can also be improved because it is not necessary to wait until waves disappear before conducting an analysis.
