摘要: An automatic chemical analyzer in which a reaction solution is stirred by air ejected from an air ejection hole placed above a reaction container. The reaction region can be washed and cleaned sufficiently without causing damage, such as exfoliation of a coating reagent. A reaction container disk 161 is provided with a pore 240 and a pressure detector 241 connected with the pore. Before and after the stirring operation, the ejection hole (nozzle) 170 ejecting air is moved and the output value of the pressure detector is compared with a previously measured normal value. With a discharge pipe 1101 and a suction pipe 1102 inserted to the opening of the reaction container 1140 to be close to both ends of the opening and the side wall of the container, the reaction region 1150 at the bottom of the container is washed by continuous discharge and suction of cleaning fluid.

摘要: A chemical analysis apparatus comprising reaction containers containing therein a substance to be analyzed; an agitating mechanism spaced from the substance to be analyzed and agitating said substance to be analyzed with a liquid in said reaction container; and, a measuring portion for measuring physical properties of the substance to be analyzed, said agitating mechanism having a sound supply portion supplying sound waves to the substance to be analyzed, wherein said sound supply portion comprises a mechanism changing, in time, intensity of ultrasonic waves to be irradiated so as to apply pulsation to a swirl flow in the reaction container.

摘要: A method for detecting analytes in a sample liquid is provided in which the sample liquid is subjected to a mixing treatment on a surface of a support having in particular immobilized reactants, wherein an in particular trough-like vessel with an essentially flat bottom as a support surface for the immobilized reactants is used as the vessel for the sample liquid. The sample liquid is moved relative to the immobilized reactants by an oscillating movement of the vessel during the mixing treatment in one direction, typically along a line or a curve. In addition, a device is provided for carrying out the method according to the present disclosure.

摘要: The present invention provides a suction and injection pump capable of transferring a sufficient amount of viscous liquid even with a very thin suction and injection pipe, thereby enabling suction or injection of a viscous liquid while minimizing invasion into a human body. A pump according to the present invention effectively sucks or injects a viscous liquid by housing a very thin rotor in a cylindrical needle and positively transferring the liquid based on the mechanical configuration of the rotor. The configuration of the present invention reduces the diameter of a pipe while minimizing invasion into a human body.

摘要: When a gas containing an amount of water vapor equivalent to that contained in the gas at the desired temperature Td and the desired relative humidity Hd is assumed, and the temperature of the gas when its relative humidity is 100% is defined as an intermediate target temperature Tc, Tc can be calculated from Td and Hd. The gas is mixed with water vapor to increase the temperature of the gas to the intermediate target temperature Tc while increasing the relative humidity of the gas to 100%. The gas heated to the intermediate target temperature Tc is heated to the desired temperature Td while maintaining the amount of water vapor contained therein so as to regulate the relative humidity of the gas to the desired relative humidity Hd. Gas maintained at the desired temperature and the desired humidity can thus be stably supplied.
