    摘要： An image information filing apparatus includes a data compressing circuit for compressing line image information corresponding to each scanning line to decrease the redundancy of the image information and a circuit section for adding line sync code and EOL and CRC codes to the head and end of the line image information, respectively. When the line sync code is MFM-modulated together with the line image information, one pulse is removed from the modulated pulses corresponding to the line sync code. The line image information are separated from each other by the detection of the line sync code with the missing pulse.

    摘要： A camera includes a viewfinder with an indicator having two opposing substrates sandwiching a liquid crystal between them. One substrate includes a common electrode arrangement with a plurality of electrodes. The other substrate includes a segmented electrode arrangement with a number of electrodes facing the respective electrodes of the common electrode arrrangement. Short-circuit connectors connect predetermined electrodes in the segmented electrode arrangement. A first contactor has a number of conductors connected to the respective electrodes of the segmented electrode arrangement to deliver predetermined drive signals thereto. At least one of the short-circuiting connectors is arranged at the input portion of the first contactor. A second contactor with a number of conductors is connected to respective electrodes of the common electrode arrangement so as to deliver predetermined drive signals thereto.

    摘要： A conversion system for a camera of a type controlled through computation of digital information. The system converts a coded digital value into a digital value of another coding. The code which comprises a gray code representing an integer part of the value and a code pattern representing a decimal part of the value is converted in such a manner that: The integer part is converted into a binary code while the decimal part is converted into a code to which a weight of 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 is applied. With such a method of conversion employed, values set at 1/3 increment or decrement steps such as ASA film sensitivity values are readily converted into binary codes to facilitate the computing operation of the camera.

    摘要： An optical disk recording and reproducing apparatus includes an optical disk memory and an optical head for writing and reading out data on and from the optical disk memory by accessing onto a track of this optical disk memory and irradiating a laser beam onto a desired track. The tracks of this optical disk memory are divided into a user inaccessible area, and non-recording area, and user accessible area which are respectively provided inside and outside of the user inaccessible area. A plurality of blocks is allocated to each track in these user inaccessible area and user accessible area. Block head data representative of a block position is recorded in each block. When the optical head inadvertently enters the user inaccessible area an operation is performed to reposition the head at the user accessible area.
