In this particulate composition, the drug is retained within the particle via electrostatic binding with the charged lipid, whereby the outer surface of the particle is prevented from being charged to attract a substance which has a charge opposite to that of the charged lipid.

The present invention provides a hydraulic shock absorber. A solid main piston is designed to slide in a damping cylinder parallel to the movement generated when the shock absorber is subjected to a compression or a rebound stroke, the main piston dividing the damping cylinder into a first damping chamber containing the piston rod and a second damping chamber which does not contain the piston rod. A pressurization reservoir is pressurized by a force acting on a moving piston. The pressurization reservoir is arranged outside the damping cylinder and oriented at an angle relative to the damping cylinder. Two separate, adjustable valves generate a damping force acting in opposition to the stroke movement by restricting a damping medium flow between the damping chambers. A fourth defined chamber is hydraulically connected via separate flow paths to both the first and the second damping chamber and the pressurization reservoir.

An anionic polymer according to an embodiment of the invention includes: a main chain which includes repeating units having carboxyl groups; and a side chain which is linked with part of the carboxyl groups in the main chain and is represented by the following formula: -A-B—X where : A represents a residue having one or more aminoethyl bonds; B represents an in vivo cleavable bond; and X represents a small RNA. A polyion complex according to an embodiment of the invention includes the anionic polymer as described above and a cationic polymer. A ternary polymer composite according to an embodiment of the invention includes the polyion complex as described above and a charge conversional polymer.

Disclosed is a method for measuring the concentration of a peroxide using a CNT sensor. The CNT sensor comprises a working electrode that is arranged on an insulating substrate, a monolayered carbon nano-tube that is contacted with the working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode. A sample is provided on the monolayered carbon nano-tube, and a potential difference is made between the working electrode and the counter electrode. In this manner, the concentration of the peroxide in the sample can be measured. The measurement method can be applied to clinical tests or the like.
