    摘要: A composite synthetic resin material forming apparatus comprises an outer channel having an outer outlet, an inner channel having an inner outlet opening into the outer channel, outer synthetic resin supply means for flowing an outer synthetic resin through the outer channel, and inner synthetic resin supply means for flowing an inner synthetic resin through the inner channel. Opening and closing means for selectively opening and closing the inner outlet is disposed.     摘要: An extrusion feed device for a composite resin capable of forming a composite resin extruded material having a variety of layer configurations not necessarily symmetrical. A plurality of cylindrical flow passages (3) and (4) for feeding a molten resin, an opening/closing valve (7) capable of opening/closing a center flow passage (36) and a cylindrical flow passage (4a), and a center opening/closing valve (39) capable of opening/closing the center flow passage are provided at the upstream side end part (2a) of a discharge passage (2) for delivering the composite resin extruded material. A main resin (30a) forming an outside layer is always fed from the cylindrical flow passage (3), and the other molten resin (30b) and/or (30c) as an auxiliary resin is fed, at a proper timing, from the cylindrical flow passage (4) and the center flow passage (36) on the inside into the molten resin (30a) on the outside by controlling the opening/closing valve (7) or the center opening/closing valve (39). Thus, the composite resin mass in a variety of forms can be provided by involving, for example, multiple types of resins in the main resin layer in the state of being not involved in each other.

    摘要: The present invention relates to manufacture of container product with a constant level of quality, wherein the performance is constant, by resolving problems including transformation of perform performance caused by the temperature variation of the preform; or by the variation in the stretching blow molding due to a thermal difference between the surface and the inner part of the preform, resulting from the thickness thereof, in order to industrialize a new molding method recognized to be an excellent molding method from the point of view of economic efficiency and production efficiency, wherein compression molding and stretch blow molding are performed continuously. By a method or device for manufacturing continuously synthetic resin containers, preforms are molded by compression with a compression molding machine, then stretch blow molding is performed with a stretch blow molding machine. After discharging molded preforms from the compression molding machine, an even-heating treatment of preforms, a partial heating or partial cooling treatment according to need and then stretch blow molding are performed.

    摘要: A safety screw cap indicates prior opening of a container to protect consumers from prior contamination. The screw cap has an annular band encircling its lower end which is separated from the screw cap by a perforated line. The band is affixed to a fixing clement and the fixing element attached to the container when the screw cap is screwed in place. An unattached leader portion of the band can be lifted easily to peel the band from the container. As the band is peeled from the container, it is simultaneously tom from the screw cap at the perforations. Once the band is removed, the screw cap can be unscrewed and the container unsealed. Before peeling the band away, the screw cap cannot be unscrewed without causing obvious damage to the screw cap or band. In addition, the torque required to shear-separate the band from the fixing element, the fixing element from the container or the screw cap from the band is greater than that which can be applied easily by a normal adult.
