摘要： [Problem] To provide a charging system that levels the amount of grid power that is used, and that is capable of reducing power rates, even if charging has been frequently conducted without limiting the time zones in which charging is conducted. [Solution] A charging system is provided with: a storage unit that is charged by consuming grid power supplied by a power company, and that supplies the stored power through discharge; and a charging unit that charges batteries by consuming power supplied by grid power and the storage unit. Power companies set a power rate that is higher the greater the maximum value of the amount of power supplied for each unit of time is. Furthermore, at least a single charge carried out by the charging unit is carried out over two units of time, and the storage unit supplies power to the charging unit in at least one unit of time other than said two units of time.

摘要： A process for freezing cooked rice utilizes a rotary drum, and blade elements rotated within the drum. A mass of cooked rice is fed into the drum, and a liquid refrigerant is jetted into the drum for freezing the rice. The mass of rice must be separated into individual grains. This is achieved by impact of the blades against the mass of rice. The degree of impact must be sufficient to separate the mass into individual grains, but must not be such as to damage the grains. The invention selects a range of speeds of circumferential rotation of the blades which gives separation without damage.

A frame in which a first period in which the base station apparatus may broadcast a signal, a second period in which the terminal apparatus may broadcast the signal, and a third period in which one-to-one transmission of the signal between the base station apparatus and the terminal apparatus may be performed are time-division multiplexed is defined. A processing unit generates information about a configuration of the frame. A modem unit and an RF unit broadcast the signal in which the generated information is included in the first period. The RF unit, the modem unit, and the processing unit receive the signal broadcasted from the terminal apparatus in the second period. The RF unit, the modem unit, and the processing unit perform one-to-one communication with the terminal apparatus in the third period.

摘要： An apparatus for freezing boiled rice has an internally bladed drum rotated at low speed and housing a bladed shaft rotated at a higher speed, the drum having covers at its inlet and outlet ends. A hopper feeds boiled rice in through the inlet cover to an inner bottom face of the drum. Pipe means feed refrigerant into the same zone of the drum. A discharge port in the outlet cover discharges frozen boiled rice and used refrigerant to the exterior.
