    摘要： A perforation suturing method has the steps of: inserting a needle into a wall of a hollow organ at a periphery of the perforation formed in the hollow organ, and piercing the wall; withdrawing the needle from the wall after delivery of an anchor attaching suture thread from the needle, and having the suture thread transit the wall; and tightening the suture thread so that the mated insertion points at the time of insertion of the needle into the wall approximately coincide after having the needle pierce the wall at the periphery of the perforation a plurality of times, and making surfaces of the wall where the insertion points are formed coincide with each other.

    摘要： A self-propelled unit for an endoscope having a section of an elongated tube for entry in a body cavity is provided. A first ring sleeve is mounted around the elongated tube on a distal side in a rotatable manner. An endless track device is disposed around the first ring sleeve, having an outer annular surface, for turning around in contact with a wall of the body cavity, for propulsion in an axial direction of the elongated tube. A combination of a worm drive and an engagement roller is disposed on the first ring sleeve, for moving the endless track device.A movable plate is contained in the endless track device, movable between open and closed positions, for coming farther from the elongated tube at least locally when in the open position than when in the closed position, in order to shift the endless track device away from the elongated tube.

    摘要： A guide assembly for an endoscope having an elongated tube includes a first inner sleeve, a first outer sleeve, an endless track device, engagement rollers, a second inner sleeve and idler rollers. The endless track device has an annular surface, is supported around the first outer sleeve, for endlessly moving in an axial direction of the elongated tube in contact with a wall of the body cavity, for propulsion of the elongated tube. A setting device as second outer sleeve is shiftable between a set position and a release position, for pressing the idler roller on the engagement roller when in the set position, to nip the endless track device therewith, and for retracting the idler roller from the engagement roller in an outward direction when in the release position, to facilitate removal of the endless track device from the first outer sleeve.
